I do not recommend this service at all, ever, to anyone, this is the worst most inconvenient app to use for laundry and you’re better off leaving your apartment to wash at a facility than to use this service! It’s over priced, has a minimum of 10 dollars for use and starts machines that you’re not using causing you to lose money repeatedly.

Lots of Issues
There’s no ‘saved payment’ method or Apple Pay or google pay so you have to manually enter your card info each time, the app double charges you but doesn’t give you proper credit, and it lags when trying to start a machine. Awful!!!!
Zero refund
I always lose money in these machines and write them and never hear back
Horrible app
The app is never properly linked to the machines. Every single time is a hassle to get the laundry going. So much money and time wasted. The customer service number doesn’t work and the FAQ in the page never answer the issues either
