The app user interface is poor, the app function really badly.

Thanks for your promptness. Shawn took time to explain my problem in a way I could understand. He is courteous and always helpful. We are lucky to have such a knowledgeable team.

Recently I have had a major issue with the app. It will not load. It starts to open, then just disappears. Someone needs to address this issue now!

Faulty App

Was working just fine until recently, now it just crashes over and over every time you try to open the app. How am I supposed to pay my rent and request maintenance through this when it won’t even do what it’s supposed to do?

Broken

I’m required to use this app for my apartment complex’s maintenance orders and all rent payments, but since the update yesterday I’ve been completely unable to open the app despite deleting and redownloading it multiple times, restarting my phone, clearing the app cache in my settings and even just waiting several hours. The app crashes within two seconds of opening. Unacceptable.

Updated the app in Sep 2025. Now the app will not open.

Horrible, Absolutely Horrible

The sheer incompetence of whatever developer created this application and its corresponding platform backend is shameful. It is a hateful application, chock full of broken features and irrational logic choices. The adoption of this application over the previous this Reston, Virginia property was using was clearly done for cost-savings reasons rather than improving the resident’s experience. Multiple tickets have been submitted by residents about this poorly performing application/platform, with no responses on feedback or relief in site. Property management are as frustrated with it I have learned, as well, and are tired of fielding complaints. Fire this person or people who developed this front-end/back-end and whomever else signed off on it as if it was ever ready for a production environment. From one Texan to another, do the right thing and reinvest in proven architectures, and quit pinching pennies.

My home at the Avana run has been great love my home , I have a great view from 4th floor , no mice or anything since iv lived here n I also enjoy the amenities! I will say that Monica has been really professional and nice and so bad nickhlos but I do miss Liz as she left the company but was very professional. Now the new girl ASIA is not professional at all , she seems very short with the residents that call and have questions and she is not approachable when entering the rental office , it seems as if she’s not happy n hates her job n i just never had a great experience with her at all . I feel that if she doesn’t like her job than she should leave.

Review

Love living here at Overture Fairview, however the staff here has consistently ignored some very simple problems. For instance the hand sanitizers located by the elevators have been out of sanitizer for almost two years!!!!!! Either take them down or fill them!!! The other complaint is that staff is very good at letting people know when they cancel overture events and they will take the time off but very bad at letting residents know that certain door don’t open or why the pool is not in operation or when it will be in operation.
Just some examples of the lack of communication. But not lack of communication when the rent goes up!

I can’t log in with my resident portal credentials but it won’t let me create a new account because it says my apartment complex doesn’t exist.

Stunning Location

Park 12 collection is without question one of the most beautiful apartment communities I’ve ever seen and the amenities are incredible multiple pools incredible workout facility and the staff at Graystar are just tremendous. They’re so helpful so caring. Parking facilities are excellent and the security staff is really really on it.!!
