Graph
The graph on the app doesn’t show up any more. I depended on that graph to show my daily usage.
Useless
I love having Greystone but this app doesn’t work. It gives a “communication error” every time I try to pay for the past 2 months now. I’m tired of having to call and pay through the long automated phone menus every time.

App just spins on a loading screen after most recent update
The app use to work fine but not now
The app used to work completely fine until this last update and when they changed the picture on the app….. now the app only spins it never opens!! You can’t make a payment. You can’t check your account, you have to go online to the physical website in order to access your information. So what is the purpose of having the app now?

Horrible App
By far one of the worst apps I’ve ever used.
Basic in 2024
The app is still too basic for the technology era in 2024. As someone else stated you can only pay your bill.
Does what I need
This app is pretty far from being in any way pretty, but it works every time!
Trifling fees upon fees
For as big of a company as GreyStone is, they SHOULD NOT be charging customers a convenience fee to use a credit card! Y’all could easily absorb that extra cost! Stop nickel and diming us to death!

TERRIBLE!
Since the update this app is impossible to even open! Old version worked great but with this update we can’t even get into our account now. It keeps closing when logging in, just kicks us right out , before even opening. Ugh! Super frustrated!!! PLEASE fix this!!

Message pops up that says I have the incorrect version but closes out once you press ok. My app is up to date in App Store. No updates available
Force update is not working
When going to the app I’m prompted to update the app, but when I go to the App Store, there is no new update. Therefore, I’m unable to sign in.
iPhone 14 users
This app is incompatible with the new iPhones. Please update your app so I can pay my bill like a normal human. Thanks ! :)
GreyStone App
This app is terrible! Ever since the new app update is states it’s incompatible but it won’t let you update. Then it shows the account number and it’s not right and won’t let you change it. I never can sign in and even on the Web site!! Fix it please!!
Not compatible
It keeps telling me the version is not compatible but will not let me update anything.

I have not been able to ascertain if there is a phone number where customer service can help the customer! I have never called company only to learn that there is no customer service!
Used to be a better app.
Used to be a better app. Now one can’t check usage graph with breakdown details. I went from 20kwh a day to 60kwh with ac on. Wanted to know why... couldn’t check anything other than usage.
