I love grill’d, food is always fantastic as is the service but man i really wish you could upload gift-cards to the account because finding an email and having to cut an paste every-time is just a drainer.

Stamps aren’t live
What’s the point of having a rewards system if the stamps aren’t in real time??? Like as soon as I have paid I get an animation that my stamps have gone up and then upon going to the rewards page, turns out they haven’t gone up at all?? Is it an issue with the app or is somebody getting fired for this BS? Never getting Grill’d again…go to Nandos - prices are better and their rewards system actually makes sense

Easy to use app, tasty food
Grilld is our go to for takeaway, yummy burgers and nuggets. Chips are great, especially the sweet potato fries and the new chicken tenders are delicious.

Not thought through.
Stupidly thought through in some aspects. You place a dine in order, and Apple Pay goes bing: transaction done you think, food ordered, put phone away. Waiting ages for food, double-check order went through, no, the app is wondering if I’m sure I ordered at the right location. Apple Pay transaction should be the LAST STEP!!

Driver cancelled order
The driver cancelled my order abruptly when they were on there way and I had to apply for a refund but there is absolutely no way to do this on the app so I had to send Grill’d an email for which I still haven’t received a reply for. I was charged $50 without getting my meal and have received zero customer and in app support to assist with this. I will never use this app again and will adamantly share this experience with us because this is by far the worst take away food app to use. If I could give it zero stars I would because I have repeated problems with Grill’d support when it comes to missing items as well as this recent issue. It seems like a very easy way for a driver to get paid without doing the actual order. I will be disputing this with my bank and going to the ombudsman or similar due to this ridiculous service.

Unnecessary confirmation message
Please, please, please get rid of that “looks good” confirmation message after successful payment. It is such a stupid idea that I pay the money, yet I have to tap on an extra button to place my order. There has been many, many times that I forgot to tap at the very final last button, and my order has not been placed. That's ridiculous.
