About

Grip keeps a private log of electronic hand-dynamometer readings. Measure with your own dynamometer, then type the number. Left and right stay separate. A later session is compared only with the same device and the same method. What you can do • Record one hand or both • Save 1 to 3 trials and keep the best or the average • See the change from the last comparable session and from the first • Review 7 days, 30 days, or all history • Switch the display between kg and lb without changing stored values • Export every raw reading as CSV A missing hand stays blank. It is never stored as zero. Grip does not create an account, upload readings, or use iCloud or Apple Health. CSV export opens the iOS share sheet and Grip does not upload that file. Grip is a personal log. It does not diagnose, score, or set a training plan.
