You ignore my Groomer request
I have said specifically I only want 1 Groomer. I book with that specific Groomer and then I’m confirmed by another Groomer. It’s impossible to cancel. I get charged fees I shouldn’t be. Seems like a scam.

First time disaster
Had scheduled four dogs. They came about 3-4 hours late. Took the first dog, and then brought the second after I was told first was done. My dogs but is now bleeding. If I had uploaded ability to show pics I would. Cancelled the other 3. You make the call.
Terrible grooming experience
I booked my first service using Groomit this week. My dog was only partially trimmed and returned wet. The groomer refused to finish grooming him and Groomit would not offer me any type of refund for the incomplete service. My dog has been groomed many times with many other groomers and has never had any issues.
