Error occasionally appears
Sometimes this app doesn’t let me purchase my ticket, saying Error SDk 200. Really frustrating

I love waterloo fr its such a nice and pleasant place. The weather is great all year long and there’s so much to do in the area.
Apple Pay Never worked
In the app whenever we make payment by Apple pay, it says CVV code not matched

I think they solve all old issues now app is working perfect and very useful too
Honestly, it just sucks
Down loaded the app won’t let me add any fair to it keeps saying that my debit card is not accepted. I can’t pay when I look at my bank account. It shows I paid and then the reversed payment back six times I tried this.
Not good
The app made for iPhone but does not even support Apple Pay.
Good for users, not the most convenient for drivers though
The app itself is very intuitive, and I think the UI is quite nice! It’s also a completely instantaneous process to buy tickets, which is a huge improvement on the GRT fare cards, which were a huge hassle to load.
The tickets themselves are not very easy to read though - I think the QR code doesn’t actually work, because all the bus drivers ask to just see my phone instead, and have to lean in to read the tiny writing to see how much time is left. If I could change anything about the app, I would make the ticket screen have much more large, readable, and clear writing.

Not working properly
When I get on the train and the security comes around the scan my ticket, it shows them that I activated my ticket 1 minute ago. This has happened twice now and going to assume it’s going to happen a third time. My app will show me I still have 40 minutes left of my transfer but it shows the security it was activated 1 minute ago. This needs to be fixed.

App feature
App is really good. Travelling across KWC is going be hassel free. No more i have to carry change with me to travel across KWC.
As an developer i would suggest a feature which allows to add physical card of a customer. It can be normal card or an ATP card.
For all those added cards user should be able to reload cards.
Also there is need of improvement in UI so that it can be more user friendly.
