Has to be the worst delivery app out here
I have only tried this app 7 times and 4 out of 7 times my food never got picked up, and I end up not having a meal. I am recently disabled and having to rely on apps to deliver items and food to my home, this app has been an awful enough to write a review. I even tried the GrubHub +. Customer service said “if your food doesn’t arrive in 5 minutes call us back”…my order got cancelled because I waited over 3 hours for someone to pick it up, and it never got picked up. Will never use again.

SMH Insane prices
They raise the menu prices from what they are at the actual restaurant and then the DRIVERS get mad when you don’t give them a big enough tip that they like

They have much better quality control than any other app on the market truly I was very skeptical at first, but I also have uber one and I like this much more the drivers are vetted so much better. I wish though they partnered with chipotle to get full chipotle awards and to be able to design the burritos or bowls exactly the way we do on the chipotle app :) and same points that get linked to your chipotle app in case I walk by a chipotle store and want to use points :)

Convenient and Reliable
When I need something delivered fast, I open up my Grubhub app and within the hour it’s delivered right to my door. The app is user friendly, the service is top tier and the few times I’ve had discrepancies it was handled professionally and promptly. 10 out of 10 … I would definitely recommend the GrubHub App!!!
