They just take your money

The drivers don’t know how to read the numbers on the doors. You’re supposed to give them a code. They leave the package anywhere. When you call Support, you’re not eligible for a refund

New color scheme illegible

Service has been terrible for a while now the app isn’t usable. Guess I should be glad. Going to save thousands because they made the entire app bright white. Can’t read anything on it. Guess I’ll finally check out the competitors to see if they have a proper color scheme like the black one in this App Store.

Order not complete

I ordered Italian chin combo. The driver showed up at the wrong address. She then lied saying that was the door she was suppose to deliver. When the delivery instructions clearly showed she was wrong. She then lied about the order as I was showing receipt. I contacted grub hub. They were going to refund my money.That never happened.
