Worst Food Delivery Service
I used Grubhub years ago and had my account hacked and food charged to my account from across the country. They were difficult and I deleted the app. Well, I tried again to take advantage of the Amazon Prime perks. It was a mistake. On my first order it was a disaster. The driver neglected to pick up the pizza which was the core of my order. The store tries to contact the driver numerous times to no avail. I paid fees and a tip for a kids meal I would never have ordered on its own. Grubhub was of minuscule assistance after the botched delivery. Never again!

Horrible customer service!!!
If I can submit without any stars, I would. This company encourages drivers who steal and keep them hired after evidence of guidelines being broken. They won’t compensate you based off how they are feeling and will not help you if you lose your order. There’s a reason they can’t surpass Uber Eats or DoorDash . Do not use!
