The app is not working since i changed phones. I have reinstalled the app twice it comes with an SSL error has occurred every time i t try to login

I ordered something from their vending machine and got stuck. When i called their customer service number, he asked me to email them as only they can help. I have the pic of that half stuck product and all. It is really hectic to first call them and they will route u to email department!
