Mi piacerebbe vedere l’aggiunta di alcune scorciatoie per rendere l’utilizzo ancora più rapido: ad esempio, la possibilità di fare doppio tap per passare automaticamente una prenotazione dallo stato “pianificato” a “seduto”.

Guestplan è migliore dei gestionali che abbia mai usato prima d ora.

Utilizzo l’app da ormai tre anni , la trovo veramente efficiente in tutto e per tutto , il sistema di prenotazione online è perfetto . E la possibilità di essere gestito da più operatori da qualsiasi parte del mondo è davvero efficiente per il servizio dato ai clienti .

Sehr gute App mit kleinen Abzügen
War auf der Suche nach einer digitalen Lösung für unser herkömmliches Reservierungsbuch und bin auf viele völlig überteuerte Systeme gestoßen... Bin dann bei eTender hängengeblieben und nutze diese App seit Jahren. Bin absolut zufrieden und kann sie nur jedem empfehlen !!!! Ein paar kleine Abstriche gibt es leider, daher nur 4 von 5 Sternen. Ich habe 4 Räume und die Terrasse angelegt, da muss man etwas kompliziert hin und her springen beim reservieren. Man kann keine Personen an einen bereits belegten Tisch dazu buchen ohne zu "überbuchen" (bei gleicher Uhrzeit ist es in der Tabelle nicht lesbar) . Man kann "offline" nichts eintragen , das ist hinderlich, wenn das W-Lan wieder mal schwankt.... Ansonsten sehr leichte Handhabung und sehr übersichtlich...!!! Preis Leistung stimmt hier absolut 👍🏼

Eurer App ist gut! Aber wie kann es sein, dass ihr innerhalb eines Jahres den Preis für das Jahresabo von 119,-€ auf 179,-€ erhöht??? Das finde ich unverschämt! Ich verstehe das auch ihr Kosten habt aber ihr könnt doch nicht die gesamten Kosten auf die User die Eure App nutzen und mit dem Kostenmodell einverstanden waren, komplett abwälzen! Es ist doch eurem Marketing geschuldet, wenn ihr keine neuen Nutzer dazu bekommt und sich eure Arbeit nicht bezahlt macht! Ich habe mich noch nicht drum gekümmert aber sobald ich eine App finden mit einem ähnlichen Leistungsumfang für weniger Geld, werde ich das Jahres Abo nicht mehr buchen!

Letztes Jahr lag die Lizenz bereits bei 249 € und das empfand ich schon als absoluter Wahnsinn!
Ihr seid lange nicht mehr das astronomisch günstigste Reservierungssystem der Welt! Unsere online Kasse bietet mittlerweile auch ein online Reservierungsbuch an, dass jeder Kellner sofort zur Verfügung in der Kassen Software hat und das kostet 20 € im Monat!
Ich setze eure App im Moment noch in zwei Betrieben ein, aber das werde ich leider ändern müssen!!!
Die Jahreslizenz innerhalb von drei Jahren von 119 auf 299 € zu erhöhen ist sehr unverschämt dem Kunden gegenüber, die Euch vertraut haben und auf Eure Software gebaut haben!

Sehr zufrieden
Im vergleich zu anderen anbietern sehr faires Preisleistungsverhältnis.
Besonder der support ist überragend, individuelle Lösungen für Probleme werden oft innerhalb kürzester Zeit umgesetzt.

ABER
Eigentlich ein tolles Tool, ABER bei den Kosten fing es vor 3 Jahren bei 149€/ Jahr an, dann 179€ /Jahr, dann 299€/ Jahr und mittlerweile habe ich Post bekommen über ein Angebot als Neukunde oder zum Verschenken an Neukunden für 49,99€/ Monat macht 599,88€.???Ein Grund die App zu löschen. Letztendlich gibt es noch immer ein Reservierungsbuch bzw. einen Kalender im Handy.

Great App for Small Restaurants
I own a small fine dining restaurant in Pennsylvania, and was looking for an app for reservations. Guestplan is PERFECT! It does exactly what I need it to do, take reservations. I am in control, not some service that charges for things I don't want.
Two things I would like to see fixed. First customers should be required to leave some form of contact information. Currently customers are asked for email or phone, but not required to give it. I needed to contact a customer about their reservation, but could not because they did not leave me any information. Second, on the app for Macbooks, the time slots are not labeled. They are clearly marked on my phone and iPad, but when I open Guestplan on my Mac, I must click on each individual reservation to see the time for it.
Otherwise, I LOVE Guestplan. Affordable. Easy to use. Guests can book right from Google. Awesome app!

Buona ma ha un problema
Funziona come deve. Il problema è che se si gestisce in più persone L applicazione ed una persona prenota L altro deve per forza aprire L app. Per rendersi conto della notifica. DIVENTA FONDAMENTALE FAR ARRIVARE UNA NOTIFICA QUANDO SI AGGIUNGE UNA PRENOTAZIONE grazie

In fact, we are world’s cheapest restaurant reservation system in the App Store with features like Reserve with Google and commission free online reservations.
