Highly do not recommend. Unless you sign up for one of their credit cards or something weird like that they don’t pay you on time. I should be able to get the money I worked for on time, and the worst part is it actually cost them nothing to pay me on time they just choose to not pay me on time because I won’t get there credit card. so from an employee perspective this is a very low quality app. They gatekeep this feature, that is the point of the app. Pay me! lol. Nobody wants to do their job now a days lol.

Pay way to much to move my money and can only do small amounts. It’s a racket
There should not be this many fees to move money around
Can’t get all of my money out of here. Charging a fee to transfer my money is unacceptable. I got tricked into using this banking app in the first place and I’m glad I never had to rely on it. Gusto Sucks!!!
All the features of the app are easy to use and very convenient
Other payroll providers allow the user to stay logged in which enables the user to seamlessly clock in and out. With Gusto, you need to verify your login credentials, wait for the app to load the landing page, then wait for the app to load the time clock page, all before you can clock in/out. The option to remain logged in at all times would significantly benefit the user experience.

Junk! People like myself who can’t afford the newest iPhone can’t even access this anymore so I have no idea what’s going on with my pay or schedule or taxes or anything!!😥👎🏻
Love this application
This app is great. Payroll is on point. And to have the option to advance from your check is truly life saving!
This is the second time in a month that my paycheque has been delayed. Not fault of my employer but of Gusto. This leads to a lot of unnecessary hassle and stress. Supposed to get paid Friday and now it’s been delayed to Wednesday. That’s FIVE DAYS WITHOUT MY PAY. UNACCEPTABLE
Very horrible and inconsistent no longer using them
They literally lied to me and said it was connected to chime
I’m not happy with being hacked before I even get my card.
Why am I still getting hit up twice a day by these guys? Stop trying to sell me payday loans, it’s a bad look.
Why do they charger fees for instant transfer smh
This is one of the best apps I’ve used this far thank you
I grow weary of having to keep tapping and drilling down to get to the information I need. When I look at the initial splash screen in pay history for a paycheck, it shows me the federal taxes paid, but then it lumps Social Security and Medicare together. I track those separately-if I want to see the individual amounts of each, I have to click again to get to the actual paystub. I really wish it would break these into separate categories on the initial view.

Gotta pay to get your money out even when they’re at fault with the systems set up. I answered the fraud text and card wouldn’t work so I had to pay more money to use my money smh 🤦♂️
The gusto app randomly takes money from your check to “save it for you” but when you need it fast, it will charge you $4.50 to “advance” your own money. You have to look at these apps and what they decide for you. I also elected on my W-4 to report $5000 in income from 1099. It chose to use the form’s annual income forecast and presume that it meant $5000 per check in extra income. The employer has way too much manual control to override electronic stamped times to their advantage. Be ware.
