My opinion
Gusto is a pretty solid app that is consistent and reliable and I would recommend it to anyone needing the types of service that they provide. I’ve even had to call crusty service for questions about things I didn’t understand and they where more then willing to help me understand them.

Helps Budget
Love how I can split my paycheck into different categories. This has helped me save for things like car repairs, vacay, etc. because it’s like a savings account for each.
Missing payment twice
Unless this gets straightened out I would not invest anything in this payroll application because of their failure to be consistent with their scheduled payments.

I’d use caution depositing your entire check to this app. You have a daily debit card and or transfer spend limit of $2000 which at least for me doesn’t cover rent. Plus, I have other bills due. I’m now paying $100 late fee with my landlord because of this. As well, they charge 1.75% to transfer it to your bank. Do not recommend.

Game Changer for Small Business
Gusto has been such a HUGE help for my business. It is a time saver and completely worth every penny! My only complaint is that I wish I found them sooner!!!
Would Not Stay Logged In on The App+sick time request keeps zeroing out
No way to savw password, everytine you have to input oassword. No way to ‘Stay Logged in’. You clock out for your 10 min break, come back in after 9 mins its already logged you out, start from inputting the password, see that piggy stroll for some tine then click on the Time button at the bottom then click on the Break Over thing… please fix this. I want to STAY LOGGED IN THE APP FOR AT LEAST 30 days without having to input the password again. It is important esp when clocking and out for 10 minute mandatory breaks!!!!!!! Your rival ON THE CLOCK keeps users logged in always.

Great app!
Love this app! After working as a gov contractor so many yearsthis app has been such a welcome change🤗I really like being able to clock in & out from my phone, see paycheck estimates, start different savings accounts for different things I’d like to save up for that automatically deposit, pull from those accts to transfer to debit card if needed, see how many hours I’ve logged, put in day off requests, see co workers days off scheduled & their bdays & milestones. Such a great little app & after being treated like a child for decades at a gov facility this has been such a breath of fresh air being more in control of my time at work😎Very nice! Tysm Gusto team! Keep up the great work!

Slow & Patronizing
This app takes forever to initiate and then makes you wait for a 2FA code that is also slow to arrive. Your clock in time is always a couple minutes after you tap the app. Then it tells you, a grown adult, that you are where you are supposed to be. It’s gross.
In line Boarding
Very quick and easy. Using this app was easy it walked me through everything I needed to do. I was completely done in lesson 10 minutes. It was my first time using this app. The second time I used it to set up an account it took me less than one minute.

Never get paid early always get paid days late.

Very easy to use and will not let you borrow more then you can afford

Delayed my pay and had not paid me or my co workers
Falsely informed
Told me if I sign up to gusto I would get my check earlier…didn’t get it earlier. Then I was charged nearly to percent to transfer funds which I was told was free. If u want to transfer funds to account it takes 5 business days. Scams.
