I’ve had to use this app for several years. It is the victim of some unfortunate design decisions if you can log in, but I forever have problems getting it to let me in. It absolutely refuses to load for me - and it’s been like this as long as I’ve had to use it - if I’m connecting over cellular. Yes, data is enabled.

Login is difficult can’t split transactions until they’ve aged
We have trouble with our employees getting logged into expense. Even if they go to the correct URL they end up with receivables to login. It’s a pain. I think you guys need to sort out your gateway. The different uses of orange and white are confusing with the logo on your landing pages. I can’t even get into Spend & Expense on my computer. It takes me to receivables every time the site switcher doesn’t work.

Worst support of all time
They’ve held my company hostage for 4 weeks now because they refuse to help with apparently a glut CB in the system that doesn’t allow us to code or complete anything.
It’s been 4 weeks and I get ghosted and runaround whenever their reps bother to even reply. And if you don’t respond within an hour or so, they’ll close ticket even though it takes them a week to reply.
Will give 1 day before I take my $10m account away from them.
