Very poor customer service

This company restricted my account after one of there representatives confirmed changed my billing cycle. They even admitted there representative made the mistake but still wouldn’t unrestrict my account. Asked to speak with someone higher up was told not possible. I would recommend staying way very suspicious when you know you’re wrong but won’t make it right
