I see these guys marketing all over giving away free Blackstones. Let me save you guys the trouble and just go buy one. The amount of support I received when opening the account was incredible. However, after everything was set up getting a hold of someone that can truly help is impossible. So far the best luck I’ve had on getting responses was when giving bad survey reviews. Maybe this one will do the trick.

Easy to use, minor glitches

Overall very intuitive and easy to use. Sometimes doesn’t register a transaction is complete once it is, but overall minor glitches like that .

Customer support

No customer support at all. I paid 937 dollars. It came out of my bank account. I paid it right at the closing of the cycle last month. They put it on this month, without reflecting the payment. So now out of my 2k limit , half of that is showing used. No customer support
