Good app
Only issue if any at all is I had to use a new email and make a new account cuz idk what happened with my old email but just would not let me log in or change my password. Everything else has been great.
Great haircut and pricing
Today my daughter and I came to the Hair Cuttery for the first time and it was a great experience. Opal took care of both of us and she did a beautiful job on our cuts. She listened and asked questions about how I wanted our hair done and it came out exactly how I had planned. Thank you so much for a great experience and great conversation! We will be back and I’ve already booked our next appointments with Opal 😀

You miss type your password once and you’re locked out of the app for an hour? There are plenty of other places I can go to get a haircut.

No same day booking
I have gone to the same stylist for years and frequently use this app to book my appointments. It works fine, but the app lacks the ability to book same day appointments.
I’d love to be able to make an appointment for later the same day, and be able to know I’ll have my regular stylist.

I’ve been having my hair done by Ann for years. Not only is she the friendliest stylist I’ve ever had, she also cuts great hair. Also, she is a pro when it comes to color. I will not let anyone touch my hair other than Ann. She’s the best

I have brain damage and PTSD and social anxiety. It is a very nice and warm place to be, which makes it a lot easier on me. Plus Staci does AMAZING work

Poorly designed
I’ve used the app to book appointments. Each time I book it says I have no appointment history. But what’s worse is if I have a timeframe of when I want to book, but also want to choose my stylist. It makes me choose the stylist first, and then choose my date and time, but the person I want is not available on the day I want, so I have to go back and choose someone else. Back and forth, back and forth, until I find a match. Very frustrating
