Poorly designed
I’ve used the app to book appointments. Each time I book it says I have no appointment history. But what’s worse is if I have a timeframe of when I want to book, but also want to choose my stylist. It makes me choose the stylist first, and then choose my date and time, but the person I want is not available on the day I want, so I have to go back and choose someone else. Back and forth, back and forth, until I find a match. Very frustrating

Why are you FORCED to agree something you do NOT agree to in order to make an appt? More importantly, why must you make an appointment for a Walk-in hair cut place?

Won’t let me setup a new account because my email address is already in the system, but also won’t let me reset my password. Totally useless app for me.
