Unusable
Can log in on website through Cigna but can’t get forget password to work to use the app. It seems like this feedback goes back a year+ so I’d assume there isn’t any intention of fixing.

So it’s supposed to be offered with my health plan yet when I try to utilize the function it takes me where I need to pay Jesus get it together. I’m gonna look into the fine print, but if it’s supposed to be an actual option for my health plan and I report it to them that could constitute some serious issues. I think I’m gonna just go ahead and delete this app cause it’s bloody not worth it. Have a good day.

Can’t log in without reinstalling the app every time I want to use it. I reached out to the company for help and they haven’t responded.
Ugh chat bots
The entire structure of this is interacting with chatbots. It’s like talking to a Spirit Airlines chatbot, but about your personal life. I’m not sure how this is supposed to make you happier, because it forces you to interact with the app in the most frustrating, time consuming, limiting way. I was trying to find an app I used years ago where you log things like “gratitude” “savoring” etc. I thought this was an updated version of that. Nope. You will more satisfaction from listening to hold music for 45 minutes.

Painless Transformation
Early on, app was my support through suicide death of my brother and personal depression & anxiety AND now when I feel the need, I “refresh” with the app. Once you are familiar with the games etc it’s always easy to drop in❤️
Crashed
Opened the app to a series of questions about how satisfied about life etc, for it to crash and go back to the beginning and crash again, never to get to the end of questions. Unfortunately, I removed the app.
Helpful app as long as you don’t forget password
So far enjoyed the app however the password reset set up is a joke. Click the button and it takes you to the page to download the app. I have the app and no matter what I have tried it never takes me to a reset page. So after a few days can’t use it or have to create a new account?
Not happy with Happify
I’ve been on the struggle bus with my moods and emotions so I decided to try out the Happify app that my health insurance had recommended. I found the games dumb and irritating and did not do anything to lift my mood
Frustrating
For an app that is supposed to help with stress and anxiety, you would think they would make sure that logging into it would work and not break and make you jump through hoops to figure out what’s wrong.

I enjoy using Happify. I normally use the free version but once in awhile I get the paid version for a month or two at a time. The last time I tried it would not progress past the continue page. I tried deleting the app and loading it again but it did not help.
Terrible / stressful log in loop
Made account 2 days ago in website. Downloaded app today and it won’t accept my password. Tried change password , link sent to my email but sends me back to page to download app. No actual page to change password. Imagine that….. an app to reduce stress that actually INDUCES STRESS.

I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I want to use it. It’s almost like before I meditate I’m being tested on patience and frustration.
