Worst service ever
I cancelled my ticket more than a month ago, and all this time your customer care team has been giving me false assurances — every time saying, “You will receive your refund in 48-72 hours.” After multiple follow-ups and countless calls, now you suddenly tell me that the refund will take 45-90 days as per your policy? If this was the case from the beginning, why didn’t you just say so? Why mislead your customers with false timelines?
On top of that, your “Submit a Query” option linked to the cancelled ticket is completely useless, I never received any response. If you’re not going to respond to queries, why provide that feature at all? Just to show off you have a system in place when in reality it’s just a black hole?
This is highly unprofessional and frustrating. Stop wasting customers time with fake commitments. Be honest, or stop offering services you clearly can’t manage.

Worst customer service
To start with they have very very long waiting times. We are put on hold for minimum 15 minutes before anyone answers call. The agents are extremely rude. Booked an Indigo flight and by mistake entered a wrong name. Contacted indigo customer care immediately, they said if I book a new ticket within 4 hrs I will get a full refund for the previous ticket. Refund was immediately processed by indigo to happyeasygo and I have the reference number.
After contacting happyeasygo they said very rudely you have to raise a separate request with us and it will take another 20 days to process the refund. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour and policies. Always use make my trip for best customer experience. -10 rating to happyeasygo.

Fraud app
Kindly stay away from the app. I booked a hotel via the app the payment went through but they put the oder under to be paid status until it changed to expired. They didn’t refund the amount and no response from customer service.
