Avoid this insurance if you travel a lot
The insurance claim to reimburse treatment received in US and Canada, but if you moved and changed the address, they are very likely to deny your claim because you didn’t “notify” them about address change i.e. you need to call them to get confirmed. You will also need to prove you are physically present in your primary address more than 50% of the time from Jan to date (apartment lease doesn’t count). Would suggest find a more flexible insurance somewhere else

My cat claims
I have never received any reimbursement, problem with cat’s health has always “precondition”. The worst insurance, unfortunately bad experience, I don't recommend their policies to anyone, they won't cover anything.
