APP is so bad it should be illegal
The app makes simply logging into view your claims a near impossible task, which prevents you from timely, submitting reading and responding to claims. I wonder if this is honestly part of their strategy I have to verify my browser 6 to 10 times and the app 3 to 4 times before I’m finally able to login to the claim center after already logging into the app with the same cred

Good insurance, horrible app
I love this pet insurance but this app needs serious work. It requires you to log in multiple time, it never remembers my device even though it’s an application downloaded on my phone. This requires you to go through multiple two factor authentications. Please fix this app and make it more user friendly!!

Landing page shows my deceased cat instead of my living dog
Company seems fine, but the app is a mess. I had 2 cats & a dog, with all 3 available on the app landing page. One of the cats died after a short illness, so I cancelled his policy, but his picture & name are still on the landing page. The dog is now nowhere to be seen (her policy is active). When I click on the deceased cat’s profile, it still has his picture, but the dog’s name & claim history. I REALLY do not want to click thru this way every time I access my dog’s policy. Bad mistake. Hire yourselves a competent developer. If you can’t manage that, get a damn QA team

Awful application
The pet insurance is adequate but the application is awful. I don’t think I have ever been able to login on my phone without a challenge that I’m logging in from an unrecognized device. Then, I get a challenge link emailed which I open on my phone only to be told I opened the link on a different device?

Good Insurance, Bad App
The app regularly asks me to log back in to do things like view a claim. When you do, it says you’re logging in from a new device, and sends a link to your email to verify. After you click the link, it says you need to click the link that was sent (even though you just did?!) and sends you on an endless, frustrating loop! This has happened too many times to count.
