Terrible App
This app is further proof of how evil insurance companies are. They clearly went cheap on it, as functionality is deeply lacking. I sign into the app, then go to look at my dog’s documentation and then have to sign in again, send a code to my phone number, no code is sent. Try again. Still no code. Can’t get to my dog’s documentation. Pay my bill every month. Spend a grand on my dog- deductible covered. Whats may monthly payment going to? Because it’s clearly not the app. I’m guessing a yacht payment. Time to cancel my plan.

Not convenient for uploading documents
I have not once been able to upload a document through the app. This completely defeats the purpose, and I do not consider having to pull out my laptop and sign in through the full website being easy to use and simple. It’s incredibly inconvenient and from my perspective defeats the purpose of the app. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app and tried uploading the document from different places on my phone and nothing works. The upload icon just goes round and round forever. Please fix this developers.

Doesn’t always work, no in-app customer service for app issues
The app works great for some features. Submitting a claim is nice and easy. Viewing the claim, not so much. I literally have to log in 3 times to view a claim. And it always thinks I’m on a new device, so it sends me a verification link. Lately, when I click the verification, it says that I clicked in from a different device. Better to just go through my browser at this point.

App won’t update pets
The app is not showing my pets correctly. When I log in, it shows my cat that died that I took off of my account, but when I click on the cat, it’s showing my dog’s information. It won’t allow me to update the picture to show my dog.
I got a new cat and just added it to the account. The new cat’s information is showing up as my dog with the dog’s picture. There needs to be a fix for this glitch, because it’s very confusing.
