Continuous login process
Pets best themselves are great but the app is a continuous pain. It displays how I am using a different device (I have only used this one device for Petsbest ever) and tries to have me religious on through a verification code sent to my email. This is all after I initially login to the app and have to do it at least two times to see anything in the app. I wish there were a way for me to just list this device for it to not ask me to login multiple times.

Super Buggy.
Had to submit our first claim today, and the app kept launching the facial recognition, which would kick me out of the form halfway through and force me to start all over again. This happened, I kid you not, over 10 times. 😭
Also, if I’m already logged in, why do I have to log in AGAIN within the app just to see any of my information? It made the whole process way more frustrating than it needed to be.

Extremely glitchy app & website
I want to start off by saying Pets Best overall has saved me thousands of dollars in vet bills, they’ve been great to work with. But this app needs to be updated. It is so incredibly frustrating that I can be logged into the app, but when I need to click on literally anything within the app to do something (access documents, submit a claim, etc), it makes me login again. THEN it says I’m logging in from a different device, so let’s verify your identity. Go to the email to confirm identify, and it says I’m on a different device…. Seriously?! Endless loop. Never get logged in. FIX THIS PLEASE!

trouble logging in
the insurance is fine no issue but i always have trouble logging in “verifying my device” and i made account and always log in on the same one
App Buggs
Can’t log in to view claims because browser isn’t authorized. When I click link to authorize, it still doesn’t work. Therefore I cannot use important features of this app. This is an ongoing issue.
