Didn’t Sherry makes things a lot of difficult when it’s time for them to cover any vet bills and order that they will go ahead and find any reason possible for them to Deny coverage
They also asked veg to commit fraud into trying to have them change or amend medical records Please really look into their policies and rules in regards to them covering because they will find any excuse for them not to cover Vet bills

I filed a claim on 15 August and it is 5 September and I still haven’t gotten paid despite numerous conversations with customer service reps

Seems to be this endless loop of opening the app to a screen that then says, "update now", click that and then end up in the apple store where instead of " update" the app says open which then takes me back to the screen that takes me back here...so you guys need to fix this!!!
