Constance system updates
I find this app useless and prefer just accessing MetLife pet through the web. Often times when I open the app I get a notification that app update is required, but went I go to App Store there is no update available. Because of these notifications to update the app, I can’t even access the app to submit a claim when needed.

This app is terrible. It keeps asking to update even though it’s on the latest version. Completely unusable.
This insurance company is the worst
Don’t use this company. I’ve been trying to get any and all claims paid for the last three years. They are so bad.
