Difficult app to use
When ordering from the restaurant, it’s hard to find the menu unless you already know what’s on it and search that way. There are no descriptions on the food. Example: eggs Benedict, is there meat? I don’t know. Also, I couldn’t add more than 1 order of the waffles to my cart

It shouldn’t be this hard to order groceries
I love my neighbor HM. But the mobile app leaves much much much to be desired. It took me five minutes to select one item, a total of 23 minutes to complete my order, and when I entered my card info, the process is (yes I wrote “is”) taking forever.

Doesn’t work; keeps asking for rating
Open the app and it asks for a review/rating from my last order. Won’t let me get past this point. Deleted app, reinstalled, same behavior. Have seen this same behavior on 3 separate devices now. Harvest Trolley App is useless at this point. Guess I’ll go defragment my hard drive and see if that helps.

Cannot delete account
I cannot delete my account- which is an iOS 15 requirement
Very satisfied!
I ordered the trolley near my house and they came in 30 mins! And only charged me $3 unlike many other delivery services. Had basically everything that I needed. Saves me a lot of time. Definitely will only be using Harvestrolley for my groceries from now on!
Doesn’t Work
Created profile and never received a confirmation or taken to home page to start an order. Attempted to create a profile again and it said it exists but nothing more. Unable to select any option on app in order to shop. Disappointing.
Needs work ASAP
In theory this app is a great idea but it’s so glitchy and slow that you can’t actually do anything on it. I tried all the usual remedies to this kind of thing but it’s like the app wasn’t really finished before they launched it. Please fix it I’d really like to be able to use this app!
Doesn’t work.
Worked one order then wouldn’t open. Signed out then tried to sign back in but it won’t recognize credentials. Tried to delete and sign up again but can’t because it recognizes the credentials.... go figure. Great app on theory but needs a lot of work.

I enjoyed this new shopping experience, The trolleys have pretty much everything I need. Fast delivery and they can even prepare and deliver special meat orders. Fantastic!
Won’t even work
Keep trying make an order and tax field has NaN in it. This creates an error for totaling the order. This means you can’t make an order and pay for it. They need to fix the app.
