Slowest app ever
Use website. The app is so cumbersome and slow to add or delete wish list items it’s not worth using. You can’t even see the full wish list in the app. It’s a dud.
Pointless
You can’t even add your reward card to your Apple Wallet. Can you fix that issue finally please, it’s been acting up since day one.
App not working
The app is not working correctly since the ‘Rewards’ upgrade. Just showing error messages all the time
Wallet
Still can’t add the loyalty card to my wallet even after the new update to the app. Been like this a while now and seen others with the same issue
Better of using the website
There’s not much benefit to using the app, the foundation I use only stocks like 10 of the colours on the app whilst site has full range and then the wish list does not update if an item has sold out or shows if the item is on offer. For a luxury brand you would expect much better. Only thing I like is the benefits section that’s useful
