Text Overlaps
I have had issues with this app for several months. Text overlaps other text and images. I’ve have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times over the months but it never helps.
I can’t see if my points multiplier is active or not.
I can’t find a tech support line phone number either, just a regular call center that was no help at all. Help!!!

The shopping list is broken
I can't use the shopping list. It keeps resetting. Plus the aisle numbering is off by one
App is messed up and won’t work!
I’ve tried over and over to get someone to help me get this app fixed to no avail. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Logged in both with support from Harvey’s over the phone and nothing works. It is not working. I hope I can send a pic with this review to show what it looks like. I miss my app! Well I can’t send a photo. I wish I could. Someone from support please contact me!

Can’t Even Sign Up
Both this app and the website simply won’t let me sign up/create an account. The first thing I need to do is verify my email, but no matter how many times I try, I never get a verification code sent to my email address. I even tried using another email address and still nothing. I’ve been waiting and trying for two days now.

Rewards app
Ive downloaded the app it has always not worked. I end up having to order my groceries from somewhere else. Its very inconvenient.

When you click “shop online”, it takes you to a Winn Dixie website. The closest Winn Dixie is over 2 hours away. Our Harvey’s here does offer delivery service… but I suspect they ain’t too busy filling orders… and stand around wondering why they ain’t getting any online orders for local delivery. smh

App not working
Ever since the last update, the app doesn’t work, anymore. It finally gets to where it shows points but will not load the weekly sales ad.
Worst APP
Regularly will not load when opening the app. So therefore I constantly have to call customer service so they can manually add my points to my account. It almost seems like a prototype app that’s how horrible it is. I miss out on coupons as well when I can’t use my app.
App crashes & won’t let me login.
This app keeps crashing. Once I get it to open, I cannot login to the Harvey’s app. It keeps telling me I am have problems with my account and to call some number. I have no problem login in to my account on the web. What is the problem with your app? It has been giving me trouble for weeks now. I cannot use it and would like to. I tried to use the contact us on the web. Keep getting a message telling me something went wrong, try again later. Frustrated! Please advise. Thanks.

I have deleted the app and tried again and cannot get past password screen. Help!
Can’t Get Past Creating Password
Have tried both in stores and out of stores and the app will not allow the creation of a password. Tried with a Harvey’s manager standing with me and still nothing. Have deleted the app and reinstalled. Still nothing. Would love to comment further on app features, but for months now this is as far as the app will allow me to go.

Rewards points stopped updating
My rewards points have not changed on either this app or the Winn-Dixie. FYI, I shopped at each store many times since May 5. I have to look at the cash register receipt to find my points. Otherwise,I love the app and it a strong 5 stars.

Shopping List “Feature” Lacks
The shopping list feature should work in tandem with the flyers and circulars, like the Publix app and flyers.
While it tells you you’ve “added to list,” it not the shopping list, it’s the deals list. The deals list doesn’t correlate to the store layout so it leaves a lot to be desired.
