Terrible app
One of the worst apps ever. Not at all user friendly. It’s so difficult to log in to my account. Every time there’s some issue with login. In the name of security they’ve made it so complex even I’m not able to access my own account.
Such a bad user experience. I don’t think there’s anyone in HDFC team/leadership cares about customer experience and user satisfaction with this app. If so, they would’ve fired the entire team and gotten rid of this application.

App doesn’t work any more
This app asks to download a new app, and the new app doesn’t work here in USA. Tried many times on many days with no luck!

Doesn’t work without verifying sim
I don’t understand the requirement to send an SMS for verification in the mobile app. The web version works perfectly without this process, so it’s unclear why the mobile app depends on SIM-based SMS verification. Developing a mobile app doesn’t mean every device feature must be enforced, especially when a simpler alternative already works on the web. As someone living outside India, this requirement creates unnecessary barriers. I’m willing to complete verification, but there should be more flexible options available.

Good app, but difficult to see history
Have been using HDFC mobile banking app for sometime & find it useful. One suggestion is make it easier to review all different products offered by HDFC & also to review historical transactions.
