Need to fix app. Very slow when opening the app.
Worthless app
I’ve downloaded this app, followed all instructions to a T. After at least a dozen unsuccessful attempts to sign in to my new account I giving up. This app is absolutely worthless.
Doesn’t open half the time
This app sucks. Doesn’t work had the time every time I use it it won’t open unless I delete it and then redownload it. This is a major failure as an app. Since it’s medical can we say class action suits?
Terrible!
This medical app is terrible! Still uses passwords, no MFA, full of glitches, slow, I'm scared to know that my medical data is stored in it. If they are breached I will sue.
Never works
It’s a joke. Either never loads, takes forever for everything or just always forgets the settings.

This app is absolutely ridiculous! Do you know who uses this app?! SICK PEOPLE! Do you think thats ok?! It is NOT! I’m going to specifically complain about Penn Highlands Dubois , Pa, who spends money on everything that doesn’t make the lives of their patients better! What era do you think we are in!?! I have a right to my medical information as soon as it’s available ! This health care system is a joke ! You could have used a better patient portal! Years ago it was half decent , then you changed it with minimal info. Now you changed it again & now I have no access to MY information ! No wonder everyone’s traveling to places like Cleveland clinic or Pittsburgh to get help. Sick people having to travel so far to get help! & you can’t even give us a decent app! It shows how greedy & how you really don’t give a care about any of your patients ! I could go on & on about how you ruin lives !

Dysfunctional App
The app returns ‘incorrect username’ when Face ID is used to log in. Tech support says there’s nothing they can do on their end. App often stalls when trying to open. Absolutely a trash app forced on patients by administrators to don’t care about user experience. If users had a voice in this app, the company would be bankrupt. Total trash of an app.

Terrible app
This app is terrible. When it opens, it opens that you have to search doctors places, etc.. It does not open so that you can review information you can’t get rid of the search bar to look for doctors and places, etc… there’s no home to toggle so that you can search for test results next appointments send messages nothing like that. I’ll find this app to be completely useless frankly..

Frustrating
This app is not user friendly at all. First of all to even get to my info I have to sign in twice to get to current info. Otherwise I just get info from years ago. No documents seem to be available on it to submit to insurance.
Can’t get into it
I’ve used this about once a year for test results without issue, but now I can’t get in. It won’t accept my email. The only option it offers is changing my password, but it doesn’t accept my email address to send the password changed code. I tried setting up a new account and was informed that I couldn’t do that because I already had an account. I have an account that I cannot use. There’s no email listed so that I might possibly contact someone to fix this problem. It was nice while it lasted. Totally useless now.

Horrible
I can’t even go from one of my children to another child without a completely different log in email! Go with MYCHART instead. I don’t know why Children Hospital of the kings daughters (CHKD) is using this! It’s so frustrating. Thank god Riverside Hospital uses MYCHART, which is super simple and I can easily see my ALL my children’s test results and communication with one log in !! This app is so frustrating

Hard to navigate
Worked like an endless loop….
Antiquated login
You need to update your login. Most people are using Face ID each time I want to login to my chart. I have to type out everything. This is ridiculous.

Unable to access this app, called several times for help but still unable to use, needs a complete overhaul

Wish there was a way to just view your notes etc instead of having to download them each and every time
