SCAM
This service feels like a scam. They require you to enter your payment information before you can even book an appointment, but when you need to cancel, they make it nearly impossible.
As soon as I found out I’d have to pay out of pocket, I tried to cancel. There is no cancel button in the app, no customer service phone number, and no way to contact the nutritionist directly because I can’t even access that information anymore. I emailed their support address over two weeks ago asking to cancel and have not received a single response. Not one human being has contacted me—not by email, phone, or through the app. The only communication I’ve received is an automated appointment reminder.
It’s unacceptable to make it this easy to book and this difficult to cancel! Especially when you’ve already collected someone’s payment information. Requiring a credit card while providing virtually no way to cancel or reach a real person is incredibly frustrating and, based on my experience, makes the entire service feel deceptive.
I would never use this service again and would strongly caution others before giving them their payment information.

Broken and unreliable
The webpage is a total nightwear broken unreliable. Doesn’t tell you any information just once your money. And then once you load the app, none of the features actually work. Please try somewhere else. Don’t fall for it.
iOS calendar connectivity
I subscribed to the healthie calendar to be added on my
iPhone and while it shows it’s added, none of the new appointments are showing up on my iOS calendar. I have to manually add or remove appointments which is so annoying to have a feature that doesn’t work. I missed an appointment thinking I can count on this app to connect to my calendar and notify me about my appointment but it apparently doesn’t add/remove appointments or notify me about anything. Please work on your app and calendar connectivity issues.
