Garbage App
FOR YEARS PEOPLE CANT ACCESS THE APP! There is no excuse either fix your own app or remove it from the App Store. Why even have an app if you can’t even login from the app!!!! Your better off using the website although it has its own problems aswell

Features doesn't work
The app and the website is trash. Everything I click on just says "can't access" it's been this way for months. Can't access the Benefits Hub or Health Screener!

I read through the reviews here and tried to email the customer service and when I input the email it does not exist. I’m trying to sign in etc everything/create an account and it doesn’t do anything

tech debt
the overly agressive tracking logic applied in this app makes sure it only works on devices it can track and refuses access for all other devices. This renders the app my company is asking me to download useless.
