No wonder nobody uses this app
I keep getting “Apologies for the inconvenience. Points on this app are currently disabled until further notice as we undergo system maintenance.” for several weeks now.
It was useless to start with, and then it throws this error too. Do not install, complete waste of time and energy.

Can’t redeem with app
They make you download the app which is fine. But then they print out a receipt and make you keep it to use the rewards… let us use the app to claim rewards.
Account associated with another device
I’ve changed my phone twice. I say this kindly - I would rather not have a membership than contact your customer service just to deactivate my device.
Where’s the app?
They tell you to sign up within 48 hours. And when you do, it tells you, that you missed your opportunity. So there is really no app? Just to get your information?
