Can’t save profiles or expand history anymore. Settings rarely save. I’m happy with the system but the app really needs to get fixed

Stay away
The wireless thermostats provide constant issues. They have poor signal strength even with the boosters. The best technical advise I’ve received is to “use good batteries “ which is insulting considering the cost of the system. Going direct to the manufacturer for support is a waste of time. I’ve had my system for 7yrs and I’m replacing is as it’s cost me money in in needed boilers firing up.

Wrong app version showing
Conflicting App version numbers between App and Apple App Store. App version 5.0.8 and Apple App Store version 4.0.9. Not holding on to UK time setting/loosing the setting and reverting to “other”. Keeps loosing allocated ip address value, in about.

Useless
We had this control fitted 3 years ago and it’s unbelievably unreliable. I am an engineer so normally love tech stuff like this . However , I have spent literally days working on getting it set up only to find hours/ days/ weeks or months later , all the settings change, it doesn’t work, or comes on when not required .Ripping ot out soon for a different method !

The worst app ever
Constant problems since we got it. Constantly changing every few months, stops working like it used to. Absolute rubbish, worst app ever.

Not sure why a simple profile is not triggering reliably, so having to switch the heating on and off manually even though it’s set to auto.

Can you please fix the app so notifications work for temperature alerts
I can’t change the temp settings!!
Something has changedd in the app it won’t let me change the temp settings. It wants me to do it via apple home app which requires ivloud which doesn’t work!!
App upgraded now doesn’t work
The app has been upgraded so you now cannot run a timer past midnight. Totally useless to me.
Leave well enough alone
Why do I have to sign in again for something that just supposed to function.

Can only advise with one user name. Display isn’t functioning properly. We don’t like this app. Nerds improving
