Shocking app
It’s 2026 and this app belongs in 2016. Not user friendly at all. Very clunky to use. Fire your software engineers and use AI to build something better in an hour. I use My2N at our other property which is much easier to use. I’ve had your app for 3 years now and no improvement whatsoever. 😡😡

Hi, I’ve had Came intercom for approx 3years now however from the day it was fitted I’ve had continuous problems with the app. There was a time it would work for weeks without a glitch but now it’s virtually every day.
I’ve tried calling the helpline at Came however because I’m an end user then they will only help me so far. I’ve called the installer out on numerous occasions at a cost which is now unpalatable for him to only delete and reinstall the app which I now do myself. 9 times out of 10 it works immediately however later on that day or the next it glitches again and doesn’t allow me to open my gates remotely.
At times I can click on the camera and see through my Came Intercom Camera and then there’s times when I can’t but if I press the Gate release then it opens the gate. There’s also times (mostly) when there’s no action at all. Very disappointing and inconvenient. At this moment I could never recommend Came to anyone!
Is there a helpline for the end user or a newer app that’s available?

I’ve owned this for 4 yrs and its gets worse as it ages. Unfortunately it’s tied to the hardware and expensive to replace. Avoid

En outre, pour recevoir les appels, l’application doit toujours être ouverte.
Je recommande a tout acheteur potentiel de portier vidéo de sélectionner une marque concurrente s’il souhaite utiliser Siri / Apple HomeKit. En outre il paiera généralement moins cher. Cette appli et le matériel associé sont en profond décalage par rapport au tarif.
En outre, pour recevoir les appels, l’application doit toujours être ouverte.

Le funzionalità smart del loro video citofono sono quasi del tutto inutili. Per aprire un cancello automatico bisogna fare cinque o sei operazioni senza la possibilità di una scelta rapida. Il software e l’app sono ferraginosi. Sembrano concepiti 10 anni fa.
