Late Buses, Short Waits for Passengers
They are often late, and I end up waiting a long time, which sometimes makes me late for work, especially during winter. What’s frustrating is that they may keep passengers waiting 5-8 minutes, after the pick up time says, but their policy is to wait for only a minute for you before driving off, even when people are struggling to walk through snow or rain . A few drivers are genuinely kind and considerate, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience most of the time.

New bus Service September 2/2025
This new bus service that just came out 2 days ago is very inconvenient… I have a bus stop where I get on the bus and a bus stop where I always get off… but with this new service I have to get dropped off at a different bus stop and walk 6 mins into the stop that was already there… keep in mind I’m already ON THE BUS. why do I need to get off and walk in? This new service also doesn’t text you when it’s on the way I never received a text today for 10:01am saying my bus was on the way and that I can track it with the hellotogo app… I have never done a no show for this service. During the winter a lot of us are not gonna be happy we have to get off at a stop to walk in when there is a perfect bus stop where we get off at. Fix this and bring back the old service.
