Sarebbe un ottimo prodotto se non si disconettessi spesso e poi non si riesce più a riconetterlo. Servizio assistenza assente in line Assistenza clienti non fa nulla ti chiedo tante cose e poi rimani in attesa di una mail che non arriva questo xche sanno già che il loro prodotto è scarso
L’app va male
Il robot funziona bene ma l’applicazione no, ogni tanto mi cancella la mappa e non mi fa suddividere la casa come dico io, mi dà sempre “ operazione non riuscita”
Maps Won’t load
Started Really well, but now the maps won’t load on my iPhone but will on my iPad. Therefore not an issue with the connection to the robot but on the app itself. Tried to contact support but seems only FAQs no real persons to ask
Map Management Terrible
Newly purchased, worked great for a week and then the maps stopped loading so I am unable to clean specific rooms, it's the whole house or nothing - definitely not worth it!
