Frustrated
Trash for the past three weeks I have not one time been able to clock in on time or accurately on not able to clock in or out at all for the past three weeks. I don’t even bother clocking in in Worrall trying I just called up and we have lab to my client. I don’t. I hate this app is trash go back to the old one

For the last few days, I’ve been installing this app and is not working properly. It gives me a blank white page can’t login. Only thing is letting me do it up my username and password from there it’s not working. It’s just pulling up as. As a right screen, can’t continue to put in my information Call techno support still haven’t got anywhere. Call my superior they still haven’t gotten anywhere with them. Post to call back and never did. It’s not explaining what type of iPhone to use. I have the iPhone 16 plus and it’s not compatible for my phone I don’t know what else to do for the time being. I have to call in my time to my office to me in and out.

This app not it the company I’m currently working for not it. They keep sending me messages saying it I like my shifts, I could go on the a pp and look in “Open Visits” the doesn’t have a tab that says Open Visits 🤦🏽♂️ dumb just fkn dumb. I seriously can’t wait till I leave this company and I don’t have to use this stooopid app.

Useless
This app is trash, absolutely useless. It’s unreliable and frequently doesn’t “connect” for logging in or logging out. My clients are active and my main task is transport and community connection so relying on a mobile device for time marking is absolutely terrible as it requires cell service to function. I’m still required by my agency to send in physical timesheets as it’s not reliable enough to negate paperwork. I also can’t log in from time to time because it updated or the phone updated and I have to go through a bunch of hoops to log back in… even with facial recognition to open the app sometimes it fails if angle is off or the lighting is poor or my hair is different. 4/10 would not recommend for jobs outside the “office”.

Can not give any stars as This site is illegal I HATE it with a passion as it never works and the GPS tracker is way off and I been told by a judge it highly illegal to track you trump is shutting down home care before the end of the year so all this bs will be shut down soon
App Login Broken
The app is trying to login to hhaexchange.com, but it’s suppose to use ucp.hhaexchange.com so I can’t login. I gotta keep adding the shifts manually till someone feels like fixing it.

I have been using this app for approximately three years now. Il never really generally had a problem until today when I tried to log in to clock out and I could it’s extremely frustrating because this is my lifeline to clock in and out for my client and for me really generally hope you fix this
Bug fix
Hey so I was trying to clock in on this app and it said email or password incorrect. I know it’s the correct password because I copy and pasted it straight from the old app and it works fine there. I’m unsure on why it is doing this but could you fix it please

I have been with outreach for 2 years now and I love it. When I mess up a time or have any questions everyone in the office to the case workers have had my back. I would never give them up. Thank you everybody for your time and help these 3 years.
Too many bugs
A couple times I tried clocking in on this app and it completely takes out my clients information and I have to keep calling the company to straighten it out, at this point I would rather go back to paper then use this app
Just OK
This thing is quirky. Today I can’t log in using biometrics as I always do. Some message flashes by so fast I can’t read it. Managed to snap a screenshot: app “wants to use idp.cloud.hhaexchange.com” and has a Cancel and a Continue button that I can never click. Help bot is useless. Had to reset password. There have been other blips that make using this app a bit painful.
