I have been with outreach for 2 years now and I love it. When I mess up a time or have any questions everyone in the office to the case workers have had my back. I would never give them up. Thank you everybody for your time and help these 3 years.
Too many bugs
A couple times I tried clocking in on this app and it completely takes out my clients information and I have to keep calling the company to straighten it out, at this point I would rather go back to paper then use this app
Just OK
This thing is quirky. Today I can’t log in using biometrics as I always do. Some message flashes by so fast I can’t read it. Managed to snap a screenshot: app “wants to use idp.cloud.hhaexchange.com” and has a Cancel and a Continue button that I can never click. Help bot is useless. Had to reset password. There have been other blips that make using this app a bit painful.

This is by far the worst app it never opens when i need it too I’m constantly having to delete it and redownload it to force it to open. Do better
Clock in and clock out
Having recent issues of Clocking In And clocking out. When I tried to clock out, it says that there is an error and then when I push off-line, it goes to a number for me to put in, and then it goes straight to another one thank you

I am very impressed by how much the app has improved since the update! Faster loading times, the new layout is neat, I don’t have to uninstall and reinstall the app just to get it to work again so far. Thanks!
Ugh
Sometimes this app works ok. I guess the latest update made some changes. It's working now, but there have been many times recently when it wouldn't accept my username or password and I had to change it and then it still didn't work. This means I was unable to clock in a number of times and my employer had to manually fix my shifts. Now they are telling me to update again but I'm not going to because it's working and I'm clocked in and I don't want to screw it up again.

So NOT happy
I am missing days where my punch out is not showing. I just caught that I’m missing 5 days of work on last pay period. I already see days missing again since the update. My iPhone 13 is not able f even leave notes on the dates regarding the fixture that is needed.
Bad update
They took away the fingerprint option to log in and now it takes twice as long.
Much improvement from last app
I’ve been using HHAeXchange+ for a little while now, and I must say it’s been quite helpful. The app is easy enough for me to navigate, and I like that everything I need is in one place. It keeps my visits and care information organized without any fuss. I appreciate that it works smoothly and doesn’t overwhelm me with too many buttons. Overall, it’s made managing my care a bit simpler, and at my age, that means a lot.
