Customizes!

This is a great no-nonsense workout app that times you through your workout - and with your own music app if you like. There are ready-made workouts but for me the best thing is that I can create my own with exactly the exercises I want and with the interval/reps I choose.

Love this app!

This app is versatile. Out of all the fitness apps I have I use it the most. It comes preloaded or you can add your own workouts. You can listen to music. It’s really a great tool!

Love this app but...

This is my favorite app for workout and i love the fact that it streams music from spotify. My only complaint is that every start of each exercise, the voume would always shoot up to max volume that i have to turn it low each single time. I hope you can fix that!

Bad

This app is terrible....
Doesn't move you to the next exercise you have to swipe your phone when you watch the timer. So might as well use the timer on your phone. Doesn't connect to spotify either. Just does nothing. Dont listen to these review probably paid or something.

In my 30’s, this hitt workout is perfect

Looking around for apps to try. This fit the best. Its simple, motivating, im able to listen to music while app is playing, and theres someone counting down with me.

Only thing i would add but not an issue. At the close end of the time of working out, could you get the person to yell at you to hurry up. 100% supporter of this app

Actual free app with actual excerices and programs .. full excercises .. I like how app is set up and easy to use and understand

Very User-Friendly Perfect Workout Companion

I have tried most of the apps similar to this, and I think it is safe to say that this one is my runaway favorite out of them all. I just love everything about this app, it has a very user-friendly interface. This is exactly the type of app I have been looking for to help me with my workouts! However, there are 2 drawbacks that I feel need to be added. First, the app needs to be able to run in the background or while the phone is turned off because it is a huge disability/handicap if it means that in order for the app to function, the phone has to be turned on and inside the app. That would drain all of my cell phone's battery, especially if it's a workout that lasts longer than an hour. The second thing that would be a really neat feature to add would be a notes section in the workout, so that you could maybe list down the specifics to keep in mind like how to do the exercises and all, or just write whatever you would like really.. Adding those two would ascend this already great app to perfection in my opinion. Keep up the great work!!

Easily create your own HIIT workouts

I love how easily I can make my own HIIT workouts. It is a great way to make sure I can get my workout in anywhere I go. No need to follow videos or have your workout on a paper beside your timer because this timer has it all in one place. You can even track your progress and make notes about how the workout went!
