DO NOT DOWNLOAD SCAM APP

Only got one star because I had to rate at least one star. I attempted to use my referral points to order stuff from the app, they took my money and my points! 2 months later they canceled my order, with no refund of my money or my points. I’ve reached out to customer support several times with no response EVER! They do not respond! The app is a SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Go to Temu!

Horrible App and Customer Service

I ordered a product with my points a month ago and there has been no update on it. All it says is “order placed”. I contacted customer service about it and never heard back.

Easy Rewards

Got the product for free by inviting my parents to the app and using the coupon they emailed me - I chose a Nomatic wallet. Also bought some vitamins at a discount, so I’ll update this once they arrive.

The app itself is straightforward to use, and paying with Apple Pay is convenient. Curious to see what other rewards they’ll offer.

Great customer service

I was having an issue with being able to leave a review and contacted customer service. They responded quickly with a temporary solution and said they would continue to work on a permanent solution. I was very pleased with the solution and have confidence if I have another issue in the future, it will be resolved quickly and professionally.

I have received nice products from hiive for free! (with only 50cents for shipping). Cosmetics are what I have chosen but there are other options. On top of that- when there was an issue with the point system they promptly corrected it without fuss or fight. I highly recommend!

Love this App!

For REAL, this is an awesome app everyone! You got to do it if you like free very nice, name brand stuff. I’m not exaggerating one iota either. Just giving my honest opinion as I would want your honest opinion as well. Get this app! :-)

Total scam

I had over 500 points tried to use my points to purchase points only items said to d amount of cash I owed for shipping was $1. Charged me $141. And of course customer service won’t respond to me. It’s a scam

Great Except One Thing!

I love Hiive so much and have bought 4 things that I only had to pay $0.50 out of pocket for (for shipping).. The only problem is that I can't complete the Review Your Orders task for 100 Hiive Cash because there's no option anywhere for me to write/submit a review. I messaged support (BEST expert I've ever had with a support team in my life!) and the person I talked to said they were looking into the problem and I was hoping it would be fixed after the recent update, but it hasn't been.

Pleaser fix this soon because not only do I really want/need that 100 Hiive Cash for completing the task, but I also really want to leave a review for the products I've got!! Other than that, I really love Hiive! Its so easy to earn Hiive Cash and they add new products to the “Free With Hive Cash” category pretty often!

Edit, 9/18/24: I just had to add another awesome moment with Hiive! I needed a different color in a product I bought with my Hiive cash. They weren’t able to exchange it, but they are sending me the correct color anyways!! How awesome is that?? Anyways, just had to let y’all know.

One Of My Favorite Apps 💖

Terrible customer support

Hello,

I have ordered a product with Hive Cash. The tracking was canceled by USPS. I contact support about this issue. No response.

Be prepared to wait a long time. If they are reading this, ANSWER YOUR MESSAGES FIRST.

Subpar

At first, I was really excited about the potential to find new products I loved and review them on the platform to earn some extra money. Unfortunately, the discounts are minimal, and I can usually find similar items cheaper elsewhere, or a better quality item from a different name brand.

Additionally, the customer service is atrocious! It takes days to receive a response. When I tried to contact customer service about an offer from Black Friday that wasn’t applying to my account, I couldn’t get a response in time and the reward expired. When I tried to reach out, they wouldn’t help me even though it was an error on their part.

I’m doing my due diligence in sharing that this app is truly not what they claim to be, and will continue to share about it across social media platforms.

I’m updating my previous review and giving 5 stars. Customer service originally was not getting back to me at all regarding my order. Apparently my messages were lost for some reason. Maybe a glitch. But as soon as this was realized they were prompt in getting back to me as well as compensating me with credit. But anyhow these things happen. Also I received my order and love it. Will continue to use Hiive as well as recommend to others. Thank you. 🥰
