So much lag
Since the latest update there is so much lag when you log into a site even on WiFi. Live images and zooming is noticeably slow and behind.
Too hard
The system is Great , reliable , offers up to date technology , but if you do need to “tweak” it or try and get your cameras back on Line it’s sooo difficult , confusing NOT user FRIDNDLY!!! I’ve spent five hours trying to get my cameras on line because I changed I internet provider I have no hope. No telephone support on a weekend is these days not good enough . The tech nerds did a great job designing but assume wrongly everyone has the same understanding of electronics as they do .

Having an issue with last update. As soon as you handover or share with client, live view will not work. States no permission

Useful but services are chargeable in the UK
The app is free but the useful features such as remote configuration are charged per device in the UK. That’s a bit annoying when you find out that elsewhere in Europe those same features are free.

Don’t Buy HIK Cameras
These cameras constantly disconnect after months of use. Tells you it’s an internet issue yet everything else is connected and running in the house. Support is also pretty useless.

Good but
Decent app but my biggest issue with it is no landscape mode! I use a keyboard on my iPad and if an app doesn’t go into landscape mode I won’t use it much. The customer app is landscape and portrait why not this one?
