great app! been using it for a year. but app not for people who too lazy to learn how to use it properly.
Worst app experience ever
Good idea to have the HK shows where cycling tracks are located and how they are linked. The app is just too buggy to be productive. The map navigation automatically jumped off to China or South China Sea as I moved my fingers across New Territories. Much improvement need in order to be considered acceptable.

Data is the best. Google maps doesn’t show nearly as many options. But interface is VERY laggy, app is slow, needs other apps for some basic information (bus arrival time), and it doesn’t show your current location in the route overview screen (ie how do I get to the bus stop?). Should also order best routes to take NOW, not which is shortest assuming you catch the bus with perfect timing.

So practical, but old design
This is my favorite app to figure out my transport routes around Hong Kong. The design is very dated and definitely needs improvement, but its practical pros really outweigh the design flaws. Forget Google Maps for this sort of information!
No Timetable!
This would be an excellent app except for one thing - it doesn't tell you when the next bus/train/light rail arrives! Tells you which routes run on the journey you've searched, but doesn't give any timetable information.
The iPad version does have this feature, and I'd rate it five stars, but without it, it's useless, and it'll be my phone I'm carrying around Hong Kong with me, not my iPad!
For example, one route I searched had some buses that only run for an hour each morning in peak time - not much use if the app gives me that route number and I wait fruitlessly for a bus to show up in the afternoon.
PLEASE fix this app to include this, and then it would rate as excellent, rather than almost useless.

NEED iPhone 6 & 6 plus Resolution
Words are blurred and user-interface are too large on iPhone 6 & 6 plus. Optimised resolution for large screens is needed.
Better than the KMB or MTR apps
Everything you need to get around HK in one place: huge locations database, intelligent search for nearby stops, bilingual support. Easily see fares & travel times, with quick access to headways/schedules.
Great improvement in ver 2.0
This was already a great app, but ver 2.0 has made it much easier to use. You can now go directly to maps and bus schedules inside the app and no longer have to search in Safari. Highly recommended!
Life saver
Tremendously useful - even for locals. Tourists and expats: this may be the only app you need while in HK!!
Epic fail
One of the most un-intuitive, user-hostile apps I've seen. The simplest search is a nightmare of blind turns and dead ends. A great idea badly executed.

Crashes all the time
The potential for the app is great, and I used to use it all the time, however you have to know the names of the buildings and stations as there is no map based function for search. So it is not helpful if you don't know the area very well to start with.
However for the past few months the app has been completely unusable as it crashes on me every time I try to use it.

The only HK transit app you'll need
I used this on numerous occasions, and it was able to give me an efficient route back into the heart of the city from the most remote parts of Hong Kong. Gives you several options for routing, so you can choose based on cost, time, or the least amount of transfers. Incorporates information from all the major bus companies, ferries, and MTR. No need to download the individual apps from all those companies, this has all you need

Unstable but a great help
There are some software glitches but a very valuable tool for public transport information for Hong Kong. Information is accurate and clearly layout.

Very buggy and crashes regularly. Could be great, given the complexity of the bus service in Hong Kong.
The app is far from production quality
Not even beta quality. It looks like a really bad alpha release. Crashes randomly and low-res icons. Searched for 灣仔地鐵站, got nothing and crashed... Wanted info on MTR line info and it had to launch safari to go to an external site. What a shame. No idea how this got good ratings.
Don't bother.
Buggy, crashes all the time. Needs lots of testing and a re-write.
