Poor service
The HMO of driver apps
Old and slow
Outdated and terrible design.
Bad servers and app
Application kept erroring out before even a password could be entered. Eventually I got to login, attempted one login instance and it locked my account. Truck needs service and I can’t use the app or my account.
Terrible app
Not iPad friendly, lots of bugs. Wheels has such a better app.
Pretty easy
I have found this app pretty helpful and useful
Frequent resets
This app stinks, it resets and deletes user details and requires frequent resets to log in
App updates
The app is no longer quick, or convenient to use. It does not remember your login, and must login every time it is opened even if being used multiple times per day. That along with more steps to log trips.
No car available
This app was never setup correctly for my car even after reaching out multiple times. When I login the first message I get is no vehicle found
Stop
Stop telling me my car needs to be serviced. It is under warranty and I have gotten it serviced 2 times a year.
An easy app to use
This is conveniently quick and easy to submit’
Nice app
Does everything you need simply and easily
User friendly
This app is user friendly and doesn’t require extensive effort to maintain one’s driving record.
Seamless
User Friendly
Designed correctly
Designed correctly
Great app
Simple and easy to use
Broken App
How about we fix the vehicle inspection bug , that shuts the phone down when trying to take pictures of the vehicle?
Very difficult to use
Frustrating that every time I try to tap on a icon and nothing works not user-friendly
Convenient
Very user friendly, makes reporting simple and convenient
5 stars but it freezes when I open it.
See above. If I try to work in it too quickly it freezes.
