Outdated and terrible design.
Bad servers and app
Application kept erroring out before even a password could be entered. Eventually I got to login, attempted one login instance and it locked my account. Truck needs service and I can’t use the app or my account.
Terrible app
Not iPad friendly, lots of bugs. Wheels has such a better app.

Frequent resets
This app stinks, it resets and deletes user details and requires frequent resets to log in
App updates
The app is no longer quick, or convenient to use. It does not remember your login, and must login every time it is opened even if being used multiple times per day. That along with more steps to log trips.
No car available
This app was never setup correctly for my car even after reaching out multiple times. When I login the first message I get is no vehicle found
Stop
Stop telling me my car needs to be serviced. It is under warranty and I have gotten it serviced 2 times a year.

Use ANYTHING else
Terrible company. I don’t know how they stay in business. Customer service is awful. App doesn’t work. Website doesn’t work. Customer service hangs up on you, when you’re at a shop trying to get a flat repaired. Can’t get anything approved in under 3+ days, so I hope you don’t need those company vehicles. Approve tickets with extra charges that are incorrect. Shop has told me the company reps were rude, and denied maintenance that Holman emailed and said to perform. Absolutely use a different company.
