When this was created, we agents could do everything through the app along with the website now we are limited to the desktop version. Please restore access via app. Understand that we are constantly on the move and need tools like this to work with our lifestyle.

Like the app and the buyer friendly features. Too often it gets stuck and won’t work. The down payment estimator doesn’t update. There’s a picture of a map but no way to actually navigate to a map directly from the app to see where the home is located and map various destinations as other realtor apps do. Would like to see multiple location searches and the ability to view list based on preference (like price, square footage, etc).

Great app for the home buying process
Really great way to explore homes based on what I can afford.
Not really open to feedback
They have bugs in the app, but if you point them out their customer service is kind of rude and tells you to reach out to your loan officer so they can report the bug. What is my loan officer going to care about a bug in an app he doesn’t develop, just uses as a third party? Wouldn’t I care more as a user? Why do I need to report a bug to my loan officer for them to then report it to their account manager to then report it to development team?

Homebot is working to implement a tool that will allow us to collect feedback directly from users (rather than requiring them to reach support through their sponsoring loan officer) while remaining in regulatory compliance in early 2025. Love to have this app
My lender sent it to me. Tried to sign up. But don’t know app number. Kind of useless if you can’t sign up.

The worst
The worst part is I can never open it to get it to work. I have tried various time and of those attempts succeed maybe once kind of. It opened. I logged in and I saw the data once. Every other time I have not been able to get the insufferable app to load. So if there are great features about it I don’t know.

Deleted the app and re download today didn’t solve any problem. Stuck at homebot icon.

Having issues
I just use it to check the estimate for my home value when I receive an email every month from my loan officer. I click the link to open in Homebot app and it just says unauthenticated and I can’t get any info other than that. The info link in the “unauthenticated” banner doesn’t work so I can’t remedy the issue.

I love the information provided on my own customizable profile to help me find a home that I can afford. I also love that I can search for homes and ask my loan officer and agent questions without being solicited to by people I don’t know.
Can’t delete my account
I got an inaccurate home price for my home. Then I tried to actually delete the account I had to set up to get that n had to give them more info info than I already had. Then they said they would get back to me. I hate things u just can’t delete it’s bad business.
Filters do not work. Cannot input my b day
If you input your birthday in the requested format 00/00/0000 you immediately get an error saying it's the wrong format.
The filters do not work. I searched for a manufactured home in Carson, CA with a price range of 50k-500k. ZERO RESULTS.... But on Zillow there's about 65 results for the same criteria.
