Pointless

The app is pointless now that you don’t get a sneak peak into what other stores have

Why bother?

I guess this app might be useful if I had a TJX charge account and shopped dTJX stores often enough to bother with their rewards system.

All the app does for me is tell me where the stores are located and their hours.

What I expected was a way to check what products are carried and availability at a specific locations sort of like letting my fingers do the walking? So I don’t have to drive to a store to find out if they have what I’m looking for?

Has Not Worked in 8 Years

This app never works. Cant sign in, cant change the password. Issues each year I attempt to use the app. Feels like a scam at this point. Just prep your info at home via the site and skip the app. If the company doesn’t take it seriously, how can we??

Good experience

Great customer service and kooodoos to Mayra

Yup, they got an app

Yup, it’s useless

No ability to search

App just mines information like your location but doesn’t allow you to search for items. Worthless.

Kimberly, an employee at Town Center Home Goods at 104th St. is a keeper. Her eye for vision and

talent for creativity was a great help when making my choices! She’s an asset to your store! You are lucky to have her:-)

Useless App

Can’t shop online..what is the point of this app?

It’s okay

The is confusing very confusing and it took me at least 15 minutes to sign in and you can’t search for anything and u can’t search for a closest store😔😢.?!

App is the worst

This app really is awful I can’t even search for a store. I tried several times and two different ways that the application provides but they do not work. Plus there is no online shopping!

Useless app

Wish I could shop or see images of items in my local store. Seems like a useless app.

No catalog

Why isn’t there some type of catalog? I uploaded the gift cards I was gifted for Christmas and there’s no way I can use them on the app. Disappointed.

Nope

App does not work
Unable to open search tab

Terrible app

Doesn’t work and won’t except my email or password. Deleted this app and download the T.J.Maxx app, and it’s the same thing. Can’t access my rewards.

App is the worst

This app really is awful I can’t even search for a store. I tried several times and two different ways that the application provides but they do not work. Plus there is no o li e shopping!

Cannot search for items or look inventory

Wanted to check inventory at local store like a YouTube video suggested but the app does not provide any such ability to search and look through goods/items

HomeGoods app to mysynchrony login

Does not work! Can’t connect card to app with the CORRECT info entered in—waste of my time!

APP only provides directions to stores

I love HomeGoods, but this app is virtually useless. Unfortunately, you can’t see any products. I appreciate knowing where the stores but you can’t assign a store and have to go every time to locate the address and hours.

No search option

i was only allowed to search for stores and learn about rewards. i wanted online shopping. very disappointing

Purpose?

Not sure what this app does other then find stores, track rewards and pay bills. It doesn’t allow product searches. What is the point?
