Can’t get an SMS

I tried this app on both of my phones in Istanbul, TR. Tried to set up my c card for payments, but didn’t get an approval SMS on neither of them. There seems to be a glitch.

We are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced while trying to set up your payment method. The approval SMS you are waiting for is actually a 3D Secure verification message sent directly by your bank, rather than our app. Occasionally, international roaming, network delays, or bank-side restrictions can prevent these messages from coming through. Please ensure your card is active for online and 3D Secure transactions. If the issue persists, please reach out to us at support@hop.bike.

Kampanyadan yararlanmak zor olmamalı

Levent’te gördüğüm bisikleti denemek istedim çünkü günlük hayatta genelde metro kullanıyorum ama bisiklet sürmeyi de seviyorum. İlk kullanımda 10 dk ücretsiz kampanyasını gördüm. Uygulamayı indirip kayıt oldum ve bisikletteki QR kodu okutarak kiralama sürecini başlattım. 17 dakika kullandım ve yaklaşık 225 TL civarında bir ücret ödedim.

Sorun şu ki, ilk kullanıma özel olduğu belirtilen kampanyadan faydalanamadım. Sonradan öğrendiğim kadarıyla indirimden yararlanmak için önce uygulamanın ana ekranından QR okutmak değil; menüden promosyonlar bölümüne girip kod eklemek, ardından QR kodu okutmak gerekiyormuş. Bu akış kullanıcı açısından oldukça anlaşılmaz.

Bence burada ciddi bir UX problemi var. Kampanya sunuluyor ama kullanıcıyı yönlendiren net bir adım yok. Ana sayfadaki hediye ikonuna tıklayınca davet kodu alanı çıkıyor, bu da promosyon mantığını daha da karışık hale getiriyor. İlk kez kullanan biri için doğru adımı bulmak neredeyse mümkün değil. Basit bir pop-up yönlendirme ya da QR okutma ekranında “ilk kullanım indirimi” gibi bir bilgilendirme bu sorunu çözebilirdi.

Destek ekibiyle görüştüğümde ise kampanyanın sonradan uygulanamayacağı söylendi. Bu da deneyimi daha da olumsuz hale getirdi. Kısa mesafe bir taksi ücretiyle benzer bir maliyet çıkınca, bu kullanım benim için beklentiyi karşılamadı ve tekrar kullanmayı düşünmüyorum.

Turkey- amazing

I have an electric scooter in England to get me from A to B, i randomly decided to visit Turkey this week to see my friends and I noticed these scooters that I haven’t noticed here before, they’ve got me from A to B quickly and safely, cheap and cheerful too. I felt down one day and I just jumped on a scooter and went for a 45 min ride around and saw some lovely views. Only cost £8 in total at the end and I saw views you couldn’t get to in a car or couldn’t be bothered walking to Highly recommended 😁

Out of parking zone

When I was trying to finish the ride, it was repeatedly saying that I’m out of parking zone. I would like to see WHERE is the parking zone!!! There were no indication, just plain map, while the money is going away.
