App Needs Fixing
When I want to look up my details in the app, the app requires a phone or email verification. My wife is the primary so I use my email to receive a temporary code. The problem is, once I switch screens and open my email app on my phone, the insurance app shuts down and asks for another code. As a results, I cannot get in if I use the same device!

Needs notifications
The only company that only notifies you that your bills are due, when they’re overdue. There aren’t any options to allow notifications on the app and I only ever receive emails when my bill is due on that day (which they process the next day then charge me a late fee) or overdue. They want you to go paperless but don’t want to notify you otherwise.

Terrible app
Set up new account but they never sent text to log in. When we tried to log in again, it says that the email is not registered. When we try to set up as new user, it says email is already registered. So it’s not possible to get in. Terrible App just as others say. Don’t waste your time.
Amazing App
I can pay my bill, access my policy numbers, make a claim, contact my agent and even see my VIN number for each vehicle. Impressive!
