Created an account to view my booking and the app won’t allow me to login
Go on desktop and I can login but I can’t view my booking with my booking reference
Both platforms are very poor

Poor Customer Support

My partner and I had experienced a poor time while with a cottage and emailed requesting a refund. After a few days of waiting we finally got a response but it wasn’t even through Hoseasons themselves but through a separate company who after hearing the issue in another email. Took weeks to actually get back to us and the only ‘investigating’ they did was ask us what happened and the owner and then decided to side somehow with the owner as well.

No updates in the investigation, no incentive for the poor stay or compensation for the poor stay. Nothing.

Poor customer service and will not be using again.

Unable to log in plus more feedback

Can’t log in or set up a log in on app! Went on home pc to create account then tried again but same message. Very disappointed after making a booking and advised by booking to download app. Slightly pointless 🤷🏻‍♂️ error message even says you have been notified of issue.
So initial log in prob fixed 👏then an update which won’t allow log into App “a error has occurred please try later” I’ve been trying multiple times and still same message even after deleting App and reloading, absolute waste of time. I notice you have another app under AWAZE with poor feedback 🤔🤡 good luck Hoseasons and perceptions.

Waste of time

App doesn't work, unable to book on iPhone. Hoseasons admitted issues but would not honour app discount code when I tried to resolve over the phone. Annoying.

Needs work

I was happy to see there is finally an app for Hoseasons, but the information doesnt display very well and the filter doesn’t show all of the options, so I’ve had to go back to using the website.
