Issue with app
This app isn’t easy to use at all. I’m having no ability to redeem any of my accumulated points & the staff at the restaurant said they couldn’t help me. So what good is it?
Absolutely JUNK!!!
The app opens but then you can’t do ANYTHING in it! I love Hot Head’s product but their customer service and app SUCKS!!!

Ordered take out today for the first time. Everything was perfect. We will be back!
Rude employees
The young man that greeted us and started the bowls was nice and polite, the manager and the latest at the register were rude, I ask for a few more jalapeños and she rolled her eyes, then asked for onions and barley got any of those, so I quit asking for anything. I had a coupon for for buy one get one of equal or lesser price. I got double meat on my bowl, so my son got double meat on his, so why do I get charged for double meat on the second bowl? It is equal as the I’m paying for, so I asked why and immediately there was an attitude, so I just let it go. I love Hot Heads, I live 5 mins from the Fairborn store, I will not be back to this location. I have never been treated like this and I will not stand for it. You have lost a loyal customer

No Apple Pay
Was looking forward to finally trying hothead burritos as a T-Mobile Tuesday’s deal included them. Turned out the local restaurant didn’t participate which was fine but then upon trying to order the app wanted my banking information and that was that!

My payment method is saved in the app, but, I have to type in my payment information every time I order. Please fix this!

Broken reward system
There no way to redeem your points you gather even if you go into store they don’t know what to do. Very bad app needs a big update!
Burrito making
Need to have fresh brown rice in the pan. Clean up the red countertop from the cheese and lettuce before putting the wrapper in the mess. Learn how to roll a stuffed Burrito!
Different but good!
Similar to Chipotle but different, I like that Hot Head has more veggies and pineapple. On the downside, the iced tea was just plain nasty.

Rewards system broken!!
You earn rewards online but there’s no way to use them in the app. It’s says you can scan barcode on receipt but there is none. If you want to use the rewards you have to go to a store and order there. Very stupid and simple problem but I stopped eating here as much because of it….
Took me like 15 min to do anything
It took so long to order that the driver of the car was in made it to the location before I could type in my credit card number. The app logs you out the moment you sign in. It won’t let you paste credit card numbers into the app. You can’t customize the amount of anything. If you want light rice, you should’ve ordered from Chipotle. You select your location, and then it immediately asks “Which location are you heading to?” and asks for your location permissions again.
I am never ordering on the app again. I am sitting in the lot writing this review because I wasn’t able to order in advance! I plan to delete my account after writing this review.
Hire some entry level developers, maybe they could fix your asinine, hardly functioning app! Whoever made this initially needs to try using the app!

Deleted my account
The new update completely deleted my account and got rid of my 100+ reward points, tried to recover my password thinking maybe I forgot it but it doenst send me an email to any of my Gmail accounts. Foods it great thought.
Break what isn’t broken?!
My god it used to be so easy to use the app to order. It’s so bugged out now, it won’t save my credit card, it crashes when I try to add a discount for points. You guys had a great app that worked perfectly and by some stroke of genius now we have this
