Arrived Heathrow terminal 3 at 10:30 p.m. App said last bus 11:15. Bus never showed up. Took a taxi. Can I give it a zero?

App works fine, a bit a of pain that everyone has to have an individual tickets eg you can buy 6 for a group. Unfortunately the bus service is slow and unorganised. Poor bus driver loading bag and organising people. This meant our journey that should have taken 7min took 45mins. Save your money and get a taxi

Hopeless!
Tried on 3 occasions to book a ticket. “Postal code not verified” but nowhere to add a postal code on ApplePay! 3 payments gone out of the account, despite saying failed… 5 mins later refunded.
Frustrating
The app wouldn’t accept payments. Kept looping us to start over. Entered name and other demographic info at least 5 times.
Going in circles
“Easy and 3 clicks” was what we were told by the hotel we were staying in. It’s been 35 minutes and with payment issues and scheduling a time, we only have one ticket so far. Next time we will take the bus.

Didn’t pick up !!
Travel is stressful and when the 7.37 Hoppa bus didn’t pick up at the Ibis Heathrow Bath road , not impressed pre bought a ticket £13 and then had to get a taxi £21.50 otherwise we would have been late for our flight. I will be requesting a refund. This also happened 18 Months ago!
From Heathrow to the hotel was ok but the driver didn’t know which hotel the Ibis Heathrow was.
So no I won’t recommend the hoppa and will check out buses the next time on the taxi drivers recommendation!!!

Easy to use
Incredibly easy to use this app and the discount is welcome on the tickets
Massive queues waiting for Hoppa at T5
The app showed buses moving around but there was a 100m long queue and then the rumor went up that there were no more buses and sure enough none came. Not a great start for my first time using this service.
TERRIBLE TECH
It took four attempts to create an account to be used once! And there’s no reason anyone should have to upload a photo. Next time I’ll take a taxi.

Don’t turn up. Don’t answer calls, secure messages or emails. Total rip off!!!

The service is infrequent, the schedule posted at the bus stop is confusing

You might as well write the tickets purchasing in Gibberish.
Buses not turning up
Bus never turned up within 70 mins, freezing cold had to get taxi to Renaissance Hotel which cost £8.50 (£10 with tip). Just get a taxi it’s hardly any difference in cost and taxis are reliable, Hoppa is not.
No Bus
I arrived in terminal 5 LHR downloaded the app purchased a ticket and activated it foolishly!! I waited along with another customer for over an hour at the freezing cold bus stop and none of the buses were going to my hotel!! That was on the list, Not only that my ticket expired. The other customer couldn’t wait any longer and got a cab and I used public transport which was way more convenient as it turned out.
