I don’t like the fact that it doesn’t let me update the number of guests. I was trying to update it to include my child and couldn’t. The default seems to be that the room fits 2 adults regardless of its 1 or 2 beds in a room

If you’re in the right city at the right time — and building up to higher levels — this is the superior way to book hotels, especially if you also use Airbnb because you earn credit!

I might be a level 13 or 14 by now! I have found so many hotels I would never ever have known about! It’s such a fabulous opportunity to explore and be with a purple sauce spontaneous! Which makes traveling so fun!

Has gotten SO much worse
This app was considerably better 6-7 years ago. With each new version of it, they remove more functionality. Like being able to choose a price range in your hotels. They got rid of that. With every iteration, they cave more to what hotels want, rather than to what customers want. Some new app will come along soon and put this one to bed. Just wait for it. 👎

ALPHA WAS INCREDIBLE WITH ASSISTING ME WITH MY RESERVATION SHE TRIED HER ABSOLUTE BEST TO CREDIT ME COMPLETELY BUT DUE TO THE HOTEL POLICY I HAD TO PAY A ONE NIGHT STAY HOWEVER SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET ME REBOOKED IMMEDIATELY. Thank you!! Alpha is the best! 😊

Amazing Customer Service
Had an accidental double charge on a booking. The agents at the call center were very helpful and attentive. They got me my refund for the accidental charge within 8!hours of the incident. Very impressed with their willingness to go above and beyond to remedy this error.
Worse since Airbnb took over
The app used to be great and it used to have daily deals that were extremely competitive. Now every single offer is the same or more than what I get on other sites and even calling the hotel directly. Airbnb, you ruined this

Awful filter options
This app lacks features to filter out what you need. Was trying to get a room in Paris during the summer and wanted to check out rooms that included AC. Wasn’t even an option. Can’t even filter low-to-high pricing. What an awful app.
