Bait and switch platform
The platform offers non-cancellable rooms for 2 people but when showing up at the property the rooms are of different class (ex: full size bed instead of queen or king). There is no recourse or support being offered. Do not recommend this shady company

Missing important features
One of HotelTonight’s main limitations is its lack of specific filters. The app does not allow users to search for hotels based on important features such as a pool, balcony, complimentary breakfast, pet-friendly policies, free or paid parking, or an on-site restaurant. This makes the search process more difficult because many customers need accommodations that meet specific preferences or needs.
An even more significant issue is that I could not find an option to select the number of guests. For example, if the reservation is for four people, the app appears to automatically assume an occupancy of two. As a result, it may display rooms that cannot accommodate the entire group or prices that do not reflect the actual number of guests. In a hotel-booking app, selecting the number of guests should not be optional; it should be a basic feature.

Life Saver
Easy to use and genuinely helpful for last-minute stays. The app made it simple to find a good hotel at a great price without spending forever comparing options. I liked being able to see the hotel details, amenities, location, and final price clearly before booking. The reservation process was quick, and check-in went smoothly. Bait and switch
It’s such a bait and switch. You click a room and every time it says rate has changed. Click to continue.
No fees equals $156!
If I could put a negative rating I would! I clicked the button to book a room for $224. It said there was an error try again. I tried again and it charged me $356!!
They claim it’s not a fee it’s a tax! And that it’s charged by the hotel. It’s not their fault. Of course there was no cancellation because it’s hotel tonight. I would not recommend this site to my worst enemy!
