I booked a room in Manchester, New Hampshire before leaving Boston so I would have a place to stay that same night. I arrived to the hotel that I booked a room at and he told me they were overbooked, and did not have a room for me. Now it’s 1:30 in the morning and I can’t book online any place because they already think it’s tomorrow, And I’m exhausted and this is a hassle. Super lame.

I had an issue with a reservation and when spoke with James in Customer Service. James was empathetic and stayed involved until my reservation was 100% locked in and that the accommodations were acceptable. He made the trip memorable not because of what needed to be fixed but rather what he made possible to make the trip extra special. That's customer service!

Hotel or Hostel Tonight?
We booked a room and it was a HOSTEL without a bathroom. WTF. The room was so small we couldn’t even fit our luggage.
Fly by night
Made a reservation, paid for it, then got to the hotel that evening and they didn’t have anything for me. Spent more than a half hour on the phone with customer service. They admitted they screwed up but said couldn’t find anything else locally. They refunded my money but left me stranded and said c-ya. Actually there were other rooms available locally for about $5 more (I know because I got one). Wasted about 1.5 hrs of my time on an evening before I had to be at work at 4:00am. Cheap, Amateurs.

Misleading Photos and Extremely Dirty Room
My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We booked through HotelTonight based on the photos and description provided, but the reality was completely different from what was advertised.
The room was extremely small, old, and in very poor condition. What was most concerning was the lack of cleanliness. The mattress had visible dirt and stains, the bathroom was dirty, the towels looked stained and unclean, the faucets appeared filthy, and the walls showed signs of moisture and mold damage.
It is unacceptable for a hotel to advertise rooms that do not accurately represent the actual conditions. As a paying customer, I expected a clean, comfortable room that matched the listing, but instead we received something completely different.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I hope they update their photos to reflect the real condition of the property and significantly improve their cleaning and maintenance standards. This experience was far below expectations and, in my opinion, the listing is misleading.

My brother put me on to this app and I absolutely love it! I rarely book things in advance unless I’m looking for a short term rental now. It’s convenient and I’ve loved all my stays. Now it even gives Airbnb credit which is awesome! I highly recommend HotelTonight!

Don’t use this app
I booked a hotel a few weeks ago. I received confirmation from HotelTonight that I had a room. A few hours later when I arrived at the hotel I booked- I was told that I did not have a room. The hotel was very unhelpful since I used a third party service, HotelTonight. I reached out to customer service for HotelTonight, who did not find a replacement room. I ended up calling another hotel myself and getting a room.

Very convenient
Very close to the airport, has a shuttle that transfers you to and from the airport. Felt very safe check-in was easy and staff very nice not to mention the warm cookies were delicious.
Would give it another star if I had option to add # of people
Only good if traveling alone or with significant other since you cant control how many beds you need
