Only 4 stars because I would like to be able to log hot tub experiences

If you just want to manually enter on the data from your sauna session this app is for you. That wasn’t what I was looking for.
No stop watch or timer built in to the app so you have to time your session in other ways then figure out/ remember your start time to log it. No cold plunge option.

Pretty good but room for improvement
Would love to see a timer feature to start a session at anytime and support with Bluetooth devices to automatically track heart rate like from earbuds.

I appreciate the polished interface and the ability to track my time in sauna as workouts that are stored in Apple health. However, why can I not choose a humidity over 40% for a Sauna? I have a traditional steam sauna and cannot choose above 40%?? I’d love to see the ability to save presets for time, temp, and humidity!

Just what I needed
This app is essentially perfect for its stated purpose… Just simply tracking my sauna use: time, temperature. No unnecessary frills.

Wish there was a countdown timer in app so that you could have a session capture your actual time in sauna without needing to set a separate timer. Would also appreciate if it connected with health more cleanly (height/weight, etc to better estimate calories based on heartbeat etc)

Tolle App mit schickem Layout und einwandfreier Funktion. Es wäre toll wenn man beim Aufguss Regler auch einen Duft eintragen könnte :) (statt bei den Notizen)

I was looking for a sauna app to record sessions. While this app provides a log it could use room for improvement. All input is entered manually. I would like to see more user friendly. For example. Heart Rate should be monitored when I hit a start button for my sauna session. Just how apple provides workout apps. It would record everything once you hit go…

Needs some tweaking please!
It’s so nice having something to log times but if you could add the ability to look at weekly, monthly, yearly like a fitbit app that would be awesome as you could try and do more temp or time and/or compare weekly/monthly/yearly stats

HotLog ist eine super App für alle Saunagänger die es lieben Daten zu Dokument und zu tracken. Das einzige was dieser App dringend fehlt ist eine Apple Watch App mit der ich die Einträge auch von meiner Apple Watch aus starten und tracken kann. Oftmals hat man kein Handy dabei aber die Apple Watch schon. Ob das bei den Temperaturen sinnvoll ist oder nicht sei jetzt mal dahin gestellt. Die Möglichkeit zu haben wäre super.

…welche die ganzen Logs löschen. War letztes Jahr der Fall. Und bessere Exportmöglichkeiten, die auch funktionieren anbieten. Konnte meine Logs nicht mehr wiederherstellen.

Says can track ice baths and has a toggle but can’t track temps below 30c in the app which makes no sense.
The temp field should allow for more values to track ice bath temps.
