I don’t know why something so simple as changing the size of the paper I am using is such a task with this app. It shouldn’t require having to go to multiple menus in order to get it done
All what I need for my home studio
Very functional and once installed functions perfectly. I can print any document outside the house. The price is super cheap and economical. Best all in one printer for personal use, I recommend it 100%

It says that print is done but no print paper
HP is Frustrating
I called tech-support when my printer stopped working. The Tech had me delete my HP app and reload it. The new app will not load on my computer, so the tech basically deleted all my HP capability from my computer.
Now I tried to connect the scanner to my phone, but the scanner feature won’t work on the app that goes with the phone. It makes me scan everything with the camera for lower quality images.
I will never use InstantInk again. It’s a scam! It’s just another way for HP to steal money from their customers. I will just buy ink on my own and save tons of money.

It used to be seamless to print, now I have to open t hP app to print?!?
Difficulty connecting to internet
Despite being touted as plug and play - it’s just not that simply or straightforward. Also the screen/keyboard on the printer is tiny making it difficult to use.

Not so good anymore
Was great until last update, now when the app tries to give me messages about the printer or printing issues - I can not read anything. The messages are just empty boxes that pop up on the screen. The printer settings are no longer readable either, the app straight up doesn’t work right for me. I am left guessing about errors or such with my printer and get a lot of blank pages coming out that I don’t understand why. Also it is unfair to charge us for the blank pages or jammed pages the printer spits out. If I have to reprint a page, there is usually a reason like the shipping label was unusable, duh! Please fix!!!

Biggest mistake in my life was purchasing HP printer and here App is also the worst. Never connects to a printer.

Confusing that now the HP smart print app is now just HP because there is so many fake look alike apps out there. Also to view subscription or any account things I shouldn’t be transferred to the web browser to sign in again

There’s always a problem. I called the help center they couldn’t find out what was wrong. I just wanted to print double sided
It connects and prints easily
So much easier with this app as you can change so many settings and check the printers levels. Easy!
Instruction
First, in order to use the suggested options to print vibrant images you will need the HP Smart app to do so which is a fee to use. This app does not give you the correct options to select to print things clear and colorful. Because of that, my images did not print well at all.

My hp printer is amazing. It will even do fax. Love my Desk Jet 2952! Super easy to connect all my Apple devices.
