No longer working
After updating to 15.5 software on my IPhone & IPad I am unable to view the cameras. Is there a way to fix or update this software?
No longer supports remote access
It appears as though Honeywell shut down the ability for the app to display live feeds of their cameras unless you are on the same WiFi network. Defeats the purpose of the app value. When I’m home and want to see who is in our driveway, I can just look out a window.
Useless app after IOS update
Cannot open app after latest IOS update and cannot find contact information for support either.
iOS 14.2 upgrade now app not working
App worked ok until now. With 14.2 update, now the app won’t even open.

I see a lot of bad reviews here which prompts me to share my experiences.
This app works absolutely perfectly for me. The live view always works as it should. I am able to view my security cameras anytime I desire from anywhere I have cell service.
The remote playback also works great from my cell phone. I don’t use the email function because of our pets. However, I will take a peek from time to time to see if it has recorded any activity. The slide bar works flawlessly for a quick scan.
I have an iPhone X and a Honeywell HRGX41 DVR connected to my WiFi. I’m running version 1.01.01.
I love this app and don’t have a single complaint with it!

Update please!
The app needs to be updated regularly to function with the newest iOS. Please provide an iPad update soon! The software is of no use otherwise.
Stopped Working
Worked well for about a year. Can’t seem to get it working on any devices for about 3 months now. I’ve given up on it and just check the DVR when I’m in front of the monitor.

New app isn't working efficiently either
If you guys don't fix these bugs and keep the software up to date, you're going to lose customers. I have had the new HRGX app for 30 days and of that time frame, my remote playback has not worked 15 of those days. This is ridiculous. We pay your salary and expect a RELIABLE SERVICE AND APPS!
