No longer working
After updating to 15.5 software on my IPhone & IPad I am unable to view the cameras. Is there a way to fix or update this software?
No longer supports remote access
It appears as though Honeywell shut down the ability for the app to display live feeds of their cameras unless you are on the same WiFi network. Defeats the purpose of the app value. When I’m home and want to see who is in our driveway, I can just look out a window.
Useless app after IOS update
Cannot open app after latest IOS update and cannot find contact information for support either.
iOS 14.2 upgrade now app not working
App worked ok until now. With 14.2 update, now the app won’t even open.
App update.
Had error message saying the app needs updating to work with iOS 11 or later.
