The worst bank app I have ever used. The HSBC call center support is excellent but their app is useless and very obtuse.

The app is ok but very limited in functions, other bank apps are way more advanced and give more independence to the customer.
Pathetic
This app is an abomination, you cannot transfer any money to a contact that you haven’t transferred money before. If you wonder why two stars? Then you probably haven’t seen their previous app.
New app
New app looks great, however it seems to me the app has restrictions: it seems to me it is possible to transfer money only to payees and there is no option to create a deposit account. Please bring those functionalities back from previous app.
