Dinosaur age digital account app

In this age and time, I was hoping that HSBC will at least try to keep up with their competitors’ digital app in terms of ease of access, design, and usability - especially for a company that also caters to international customers. However, this app is the worst compared to the apps of their competitors, the transaction takes ages to show on history, the app don’t have much info, there’s too few billers that can be enrolled, there’s hardly you can do wi the this app. In short, this app is quite useless!

One feature Missing

The app is generally better than the previous version. Only one thing missing, it still has no LOCK/UNLOCK feature. You still have to call the bank. I hope they will add this feature to the next update as the cases of online fraud and scamming is so common.

Card lock feature

Please add this feature for credit card

Disappointing company

Got scammed by this credit card company with their Mabuhay miles promo to sign up for the card, but until now they have not awarded me any. It's been a year and I've tried to follow up many times.

Ok but still needs improvement

The app is improved compared to the previous one, but it still needs to include features like viewing accumulated reward points and claiming rewards through the app.

I wonder why some reviews here are negative. The app is responsive and it has all the features I needed. Now we’re on par with other hsbc apps in other countries!

Worst banking app ever

Why did you even bother making an app. Absolutely worthless!

New App Php

i have just downloaded the new PHP version and to honest it's not very good , let be give some feedback,
does not show available balance ( old app did) this is critical info for an app to show.(you have to access main website to check)
no new features that I can see bare minimum functions
cannot install on two devices, eg Ipad and Iphone
system will send you an email each time you log in, quite annoying.
very poor compared to other Apps other bank provide
they have improved the sign on process , hopefully new features will follow. For now I will use the website to access my account details .

Not working

I have been trying to do an online banking for my new CC but I always kept on getting an error message. How to resolve this?

Missing features

This is a huge letdown from the previous app. You cant see your current card transactions. It does not automatically add your card accounts as well. Syncing is totally off! I would have preferred staying on the old app had it not been discontinued.

Lacks features

This current app lacks a very basic feature of monthly bill statement for the month for credit card accounts. The previous app was more functional. The developers should have thought this thru before launching this new supposedly upgraded app; Which now feels more of a downgrade. It just shows the purchases. Thats about it.

Always “ Service not Available”

Service unavailable

Up until this date, it always shows “Service Unavailable”. I’m using IOS and been trying to register since the APP was launched.

Better But Missing Lock Card

This app is definitely better than what it was. I hope the developers will be able to add a lock card functionality for credit cards as added security. I find it relevant since most merchants don’t require valid id before tapping the credit card.

Please Add Card Lock Feature In App!

Liking this new app better than the old one but please add a toggle to temporarily lock card/s as a way for us to secure our accounts. Thank you!

No lock/unlock feature

Although the interface and user experience is better, I was expecting a lock/unlock feature for credit cards. This feature is standard on my other cards. Why none for HSBC?

WORST MOBILE BANKING APP

Devs and project team should resign. How long does it take to fix an issue with account registration? It has been more than 2 months and still you’re not able to fix a core functionality of your system whereas it should be a hotfix. Shame!

The oldest bank app

I feel like HSBC is left behind when it comes to their apps. Still no option to lock the card. The only think you can do to this app is to track your transactions, nothing else. HSBC should step up.

Lacking essential functionalities

No option to temporarily lock or disable card. Cannot view available credit limit. And the list goes on.

Service unavailable

Since this app was launch, it always says service is unavailble during register. Called CS but she doesnt have solution. Email complaint but and just replied call to CS, and i called CS again but they still dont know the problem. If there is 0 star, i will rate -1 star.
